do not utilize this facility. I turned the trailer in on Sunday, February 19th, 2023, at around 1030 AM the gentlemen assured me he would check it in. He did not after a hasty phone call where I was accused of not turning in the trailer, He remembered and turned it in a day late which cause me to incur an extra day charge. I will dispute the charge with AMEX and never utilize this facility for any reason. It was pure negligence on the part of your local agent that allowed this to occur and I will not pay the price.James B.

We was charged another $21.00 on our debt card .. that was 3 hours after we brought it back. And we washed it out. This experience was very bad.Richard B.
The location was not a haul office but attached to a mom/pop convivence store, Thte gate was up and leaves filled the bed of the truck. The individual kept taking care of other customers that came into the store before finishing my rental, The other man didn't even look up because he was on his phone the whole time. I reserved a truck and the location to pickup the truck was closed on Saturday. I called and had the location changed to one that was open. The new place didn't have the hand truck that I reserved with the truck. Had to go to another location to get the hand truck. The inside of the truck was filthy dirt and food all over the floor.the truck was making a strange sound from the engine I was concerned if I was going to break down on my one way 225 mile trip. But I made it The truck severed its purpose just getting the truck and equipment and cleanliness was the issues.roger S.

This location was horrible and the manager tried to cheat me out of my money by charging me for miles I did not use but I had proof of what I used. He tried to make me understand why he didn't want to return my deposit by making up lies about false fees but I thank God that it all worked out in my favor and the Lord Blessed me to receive what was owed to me. If you are ever looking for a uhaul please NEVER go to this location. I have used uhaul in the past and had great experiences so it's not uhaul in general but it's the manager of this store/uhaul rental. 1 star is an understatement because honestly it's in the negatives but the lowest is 1 unfortunately.Shikeirha H.

This is not the location that I selected to return the trailer when I made my reservation. It was farther away than two other possible drop-off locations, one of which I have used before to drop off trailers. Neither the texted links from Uhaul nor the online account gave me any options to change the drop-off location. In fact, in my online account it showed the location that Uhaul had selected for me and said that it was just a suggested location. Yet it also said that if I dropped the trailer anywhere else there would be additional fees, and there is no option online to change the drop location. All of this added an extra 30 minutes to my trip dropping off the trailer. I will likely look at other alternatives to Uhaul next time in the hope of having some flexibility.Jamey D.

My original booking was with another location. I arrived at that location and it was closed although online it said open and the uhaul website allowed me to schedule for that time. I had to call the 1-800 number I order to adjust my reservation.Savanna B.

Provide what the customer orders...i.e. ordered 2 dozen moving blankets and got NONE. Also got a truck with a check engine light on and the clerk stated that it was fine, they know about it, you are good to go. When I arrived I was asked which vehicle was I dropping off. I pointed to the vehicle and was then asked to drop my keys on the counter and that was all that was needed. I asked for some type of paperwork confirming. I was advised it would be coming via email. I then advised I would wait until the email was sent. He then began to check me out by going to the truck and checking for damages and fuel. When he returned he advised that the fuel cost was going to be $27. I disputed that cost and he found an error when he input amount of fuel on checkout. I could not help but wonder how I might would have been overcharged if I did not wait for a clear and clean checkout process and email confirmation.JAMES F.

The truck was dirty in the back we had to clean before using. The cab area was a little clean on the drivers side but when I turned on the air conditioner dog hair was flying all over the cab. Remind your staff to check that the previous customer did not leave a padlock on the door. Your facility did not have bolt cutters or any other tool available to remove the lock. They did offer a different trailer, but I chose not to wait for it to show up. I found a mechanic who removed the lock for a modest fee.gordon E.

The young man at the location was very polite and profesional. I hooked up the trailer to the truck, the light cable was missing and he quickly recoverd another from a different trailer. In no time I was on my way. He hadn't mentioned the inspections texts I was going to be sent to pre-inspect the truck and trailer so they timed out before I was able to use them.Tony A.

Absolute worst experience with uhaul ever. I arrived a day early to drop off and the man walked outside pointed and said just leave it over there. After asking if I needed to do anything else he said no we will email a receipt. He never reported that it was returned was told when I spoke with customer service a few days later they make sure it would be returned properly when they contact that store. Then on Monday exactly a week after returning he still hadn't said that I returned it had to go back to the store where he denied having the equipment even though it was moved in between other trailers told him it was the same trailer and showed him a photo of the same trailer number he still denied it being the same one then said he would have to pull footage and call back after having him check footage while there he finally admitted I was there and that it was the same trailer after just lying about it. Would never recommend this store for anything makes me rethink using uhaul again if this is the kind of place they choose to do business with.Michael M.

The staff was friendly and helpful so the customer service gets 5 stars for sure and the ease of getting what I needed. However, the Uhaul website did not allow me to upload photos to show the dents on both sides of the uhaul the inside had crumbs on both the driver seat and the floor and I was unable to upload all that to the website before I could get a contract and drive off. I was and still am a bit upset about that however, the drive was smooth returning uhaul was smooth and it was very convenient that the location of drop off and pickup was a gas station as I forgot until returning that I had to fill gas to half capacity. Let employees know what uhaul trucks are going to be reserve for what customers I didn't receive any paperwork just the keys at this location the first 2ctimes I I used uhaul when was leaving I received insurance info keys an a copy of contract this location cashier had no idea about anything an also I ask use a tow dolly for boxes which I used before for $10 an they said no it needed to be added when reservations were made pick up time was 9am I didn't get it til after 9:30 but I may use uhaul again possiblyJeannette B.
