Clean out the truck and I would like a refund
Tha agent over charged me and I need to get my money back. Please have a representative call me 919-280-0957
Let employees know what uhaul trucks are going to be reserve for what customers I didn't receive any paperwork just the keys at this location the first 2ctimes I I used uhaul when was leaving I received insurance info keys an a copy of contract this location cashier had no idea about anything an also I ask use a tow dolly for boxes which I used before for $10 an they said no it needed to be added when reservations were made pick up time was 9am I didn't get it til after 9:30 but I may use uhaul again possibly
The person that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He straightened out our issues and answered all our questions set us up and had us on the road in a matter of minutes.
Yhw gentleman I dealt with was polite and quick to help. This is the biggest reason I would come back here.
The rep was friendly enough, truck was clean and served its purpose.
Customer service sucks
The uhaul that I had was out of line and the truck was wobbling bad! The breaks were also not working properly!
Upon arrival, we had to hook up the trailer by ourselves. When we returned, we were asked to unhook the trailer by ourselves.
I was charged an additional $45, the gentleman didn't know what for, said he'd email me a receipt, no receipt received. I paid in cash.
Was very satisfied
I made a reservation to pick up a trailer in Wheldon NC. I was contacted the next day by uhaul and my trailer was not available at that location. They changed my pickup to a location 45 minutes south. I was reassured that the location would be open on Sunday. I called the location on Sunday and it went to a fax machine. I drove the hour south to pick up my trailer and nobody was there. I contacted uhaul and they said that the closest trailer was 100 miles north. The manager for the region was contacted and said that he would be there in two hours. I Suggested that they just let me take the trailer to another location which could then complete the rental which the manager agreed to. It's absurd that I had to drive an hour each way to rent a trailer and nobody was there. I didn't even get a reduced rate for the hassle and three hours of wasted time.
I wasn't really satisfied because i was reserved a 20ft truck but it wasn't available when I got there. I took a 15ft truck which put us behind on time and money because we had to make two trips.
