No issue, dropped off when not open, staff was called in the morning to be sure all was okay and they quickly had everything processed and checked back in

I did not receive a dolly like I reserved. It really delayed my move. I then went to the main Edison Uhaul and the service there was HORRIBLE. I waited 15 minutes to talk to someone and then they had NO Dolly’s. How is that possible!? I RESERVED one for a reason. Very unprofessional.

Do not add completely unsubstantiated "damage" charges that just happen to be a few dollars less than the $150 collision deductible. The manager did not provide any evidence of damage when I left the vehicle, yet somehow a charge for $148.49 was added to my bill when I received.it. This is quite frankly, bullshit.
