The drop off location was terrible. I had to walk around an auto body shop field to find the owner to leave the keys with because there was no key drop box.

Joseph B.The site is terrible. Hard to find and the door is poorly marked. It's in what could pass for an abandoned car lot. The workers were helpful but did everything off their phones so I never saw the receipt because the cell phone reception was bad and my signature did not work since it was snowing. The one worker did not appear to know what to do.
