The only problem I had was with the lock. Putting it back on was a little difficult but other than that everything was great.

Not sure if it was the app or wifi service bc of the metal building, but I couldn't complete my order without calling a rep. The app wouldn't allow.
April SI needed to change my truck and was told to contact the place where I got it. I did and never had any contact. So I had a truck I couldn’t drive because it was way too big.
PATIENCE NI would never recommend Uhaul to anyone. My hold Experience with this company has been outright ridiculous. I feel this company is out to find ways to take unnecessary money from his customers. And it's process is very difficult

Edgar FNeither the app nor customer service was helpful everyone was confused as to what was going on. I was charged multiple times for the same rental. Couldn’t even be transferred to a manager. Hold times are ridiculous, I was also told I could drop off at same location but when I did it sent me somewhere else. I will probably never be using uhaul again
David RDon't have them drive thirty minutes outside of their moving route, don't charge for extra miles because equipment is inconveniently far away! Have the asked for equipment on board!
