We chose this site because it was the only one with the 24 hr option available in our area. We arrived there at 7 am and after some trouble with the website we got the code. By 7:15 I was on the phone with 1800 uhaul number trying to figure out why the code wouldn't unlock the truck. Seperately my husband called the local number and got no response. It was the only truck out of a half dozen on the lot with cobwebs built underneath it. The awesome service rep on the phone tried looking up the last 5 codes in case maybe the lock hadn't been reset. No one from the local office had bothered to keep track so that was a dead end. He then gave us a code to another truck which we opened with ease. However, it did not have the dolly and furniture pads that we needed. Again the awesome rep started looking to see if any other local sites had those things so we could pick them up. At 11:02 am I get a text from the local number to call 1800gouhaul, almost 3 hours after my husband called them. In summary, the reps that I dealt with on the phone (1800gouhaul) were helpful and excellent, but the local staff left MUCH to be desired.Arne H.

I ended up having to pick the truck up from a different location because I could not get the truck 24/7 to work due to limited cell service in the area. Place I actually rented was helpful and expedited the process.Vallery S.

First off, it's not the location that's an issue. The online process took me to place that only has trucks, no equipment of any kind. The sweet lady at the store called another place to see about my additional rental equipment. All they has was the dolly, no furniture blankets. So all this set me off schedule a little over an hour. Then the store where I was dropping off, called to see when it would arrive. So at 9:45 that night I delivered the truck after my wife n I busted our buts to load and unload the truck. The online process needs to be revamped to accommodate the customers betterJoe C.
