The location was fine. The employee behind the desk of this location sure had an attitude when I tried to return it. She was just the convenience store worker. The uHaul person had to be called. It would not stop me from using this location. It may have just been a bad day for this girl.Eric S.
I had reserved a 2 day rental from Greensboro to Asheville. What I got was a 1 day, local rental for Greensboro. I tried to explain to the person checking me in, but she didn't listen. I ended up having to call reservations and get them to change it...John G.

The person to rent out the uhaul was not at the store. I had to give credit card information and my DL information to an unknown person over the phone using the store associates cell phone. There was no 10' truck available and no dolly available (both of which were guaranteed). The emailed contract that didn't arrive to me until after I left with the truck stated the gas tank was full. It was NOT. The gas gauge was at less than half a tank. No one did a walk around with me of the vehicle and there was significant damage to the top of the truck, which I took a picture of to ensure I wouldn't be charged for it.Lisa A.

You could have had the vehicle I rented at the place I rented it from! Had to go 20 miles out of my way, on a tight schedule, to pick up the truck from a place in another city. I called the dealer I wanted to rent from but your company sent me on a wild goose chase instead. I also was not alerted to this change until the day of pickup on my way from out of town.TIMOTHY B.

Not sure if it was a fast turn around so I could get it but the cab and windows still a little dirty from last customer. It ran great and as far as the operation of the truck I had no problems on trip. I would use this location to pick up truck again. The employees at this location were very helpful and informed me of everything I needed just need a little more attention on cleaning trucksPerry H.

This gas station was in the getto. The person inside tried to help me but couldn't. She looked up my rental and said it had someone else's name on it. When she asked someone else what to do they said (with an attitude) I couldn't return the truck and the person in the information she was looking at (whom I have never met in my life) had to return it even though I showed her on my phone my name was associated with the rental. I wound up returning it on my phone and gave the key to the girl behind the counter. I hope that the employees there are competen enough to keep up with the keys. The girl helping me asked me to move the truck to where the other trucks were but there weren't any other trucks there. So I just moved it across the parking lot. I hope they don't screw something up after I returnd the truck and it comes back to bite me.Timothy L.

Entering from the U-haul parking lot, there were no signs outside showing which door to enter to go to the U-haul desk. I entered the laundromat thinking it was the main door as it is the door facing the u-haul parking lot. Had to go back outside and find the real entrance door. When I was inside the U-haul counter was dark and unlighted.Robert C.

I have rented from Uhaul for years never had an issue.I think it's this location I used thats unprofessional. The uhaul was dirty and smelled.I had to clean it out before loading my things.I can't say I won't use Uhaul again but the location is a no for me. I was the only customer at the time of check-out but I had to wait almost 45 minutes because the truck had not been correctly checked in the night before. This seemed WAY too long. The truck storage area had dirt in it that needed to be swept out before I could use it.Edward H.

I flew to Greensboro to buy a car/parts located 40 min west of the airport and haul it back to Boston, so I requested pick up at the Piedmont Airport location. When U-Haul called me with this pick up location, I mentioned my preference but was told "that's where the equipment was dropped off". So I had to rent a taxi to this location, which was 20 min farther east from where the car was, costing me extra in cab fare, gas, mileage, and time. Is there no way to get equipment to requested locations?Curt W.
Train the people handling uhaul in location and make sure they understand the process. Pick up was a DISASTER even with me completely online. Based off of my 1 experience, I wouldn't recommend this location solely based off the lack of knowledge. I was on a time restraint and their need to call different ppl to verify procedures was inefficient.Dexter M.

It took over 35 minutes to simply return/check out Uhaul. The location was not clean. The lady meant well but had to call for assistance to electronically check me out. The Asheville experience was very good. Greensboro very disappointing.Grace Q.
