Uhaul changed my pick up location at the last minute. I had reserved this truck one month in advance. Bad form all around. They gave me 12 miles (per their computer), it was actually 20 miles further away. The cab was not clean. It never is when I rent your trucks. I ordered a hand truck that was not taken care of. They also neglected to charge me and called several days later to charge me. Hundreds of dollars on a truck rental and you can't comp me the hand truck? On top of that she overcharged me by $4.00 -- at this point I've had enough of Uhaul and let it go.Margo D.

The Uhaul website was not accurate and had use going 70 miles out of our way. The location listed on your website was no longer a Uhaul representative. Primer Stone Landscape was very helpful and easy to do business with to provide a Uhaul for our emergency need.Robert M.

When you rent a truck out to a customer and it has a flat tire that then takes 2 hours to be repaired...not good. The repair service said there wasn't even a valve stem in place, probably running flat for some time.BRYAN K.

The way you do the fuel sucks, it's not accurate, you benefit because when we fill up we go over what the starting amount was. Tank should be full when picked up. When i started the trk gauge said hair under 3/4, when I brought it back it had 3/4 of a tank. The person that rented me the trk. said it had 7/8 of a tank, which is a lie! Thanks! We dropped off the trailer when the location was closed. We were a little confused about whether we needed to do anything to report that we returned the trailer, would have been nice if there was a sign with some instructions. We just parked the trailer near the other trailers and I guess that was good enough.LAREA A.

this was not the closest location to my desired dropoff location. I actually drove by another location that was several miles closer to the delivery location...Overall pleased with the equipment but the contract process was not well understood by any representatives and the systems were cumbersome for the reps to use..failing graderuss D.

U-haul called me to ask about the return of the vehicle which had been dropped off on a Holiday. The agent took care of my concern and that experience was excellent.Armand C.
If you know you have a renal going out I think it should be cleared of snow. I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for the snow and ice to start to melt before I could leave with the truck. But other then that I had a good experience and would recommend to other friends and family.Ashley W.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the Uhaul policies are terrible. I was charged $20 for not using the online checkout app afterhours when I dropped off the truck. Well, guess what, there's no wifi or cell service where I dropped the truck off. Also, the reason I used this location is because my original pick up in Jeffersonville, VT did not have the truck that I reserved and couldn't offer my any help. They had no idea how to access Uhaul information and basically told me I was out of luck. So by the time I got a truck from the new location I began moving three hours later than I intended. The entire interaction with Uhaul was terrible. Obviously, Uhaul is just sticking these kiosks in any parking lot they can find and couldn't care less about the customer experience. I will find any alternative I can, next time I need a truck. This was ridiculous from top to bottom.Bradley F.
