Let the people, with Android phones, know ahead of time that the app won't work for after hours pick up and drop off. Once I Called the 1-800 number and they directed me it was easy, but it caused us an extra 30 minutes to get that ironed out. All in all it was easy-ish, but would've made the pick up smoother.

Patricia KWasn’t fully explained how the one way rental was charging and placed on a mileage that basically just had me driving from where I picked truck up to where I was unloading it without any additional mileage for returning it to an approved U-Haul location. Not a good way to do business Thankfully I was explained more at the returned location by the attendant there.
George THalf of one of the tire straps that goes to the ratcheting tie down was missing, but I was able to use one of my own.
Stephanie JI was charged $24 for furniture pads and a furniture dolly that was not with my uhaul and no one to find and give me what I paid for. This is unacceptable.

Linda BI’m not sure U-haul understands the meaning of reservations. I am a senior citizen so I wanted pick up location as close to my apartment as possible. I made reservations several weeks in advance. I was expecting to have a truck waiting for me at appointed location. But instead I was sent 3 different locations before I finally had a truck to pick up. I don’t understand why the customer must go to different places. Shouldn’t U-haul provide you a truck where you put your order at. Just doesn’t seem to be good business to shuffle folks around so much. But the truck was very good and 2 out of 3 of the places I went were very nice.

The Uhaul trucks are well maintained and are available when needed. If I could rate a 100 stars for excellence then I would. We will continue to use Priemer Storage before looking elsewhere. Michael LUhaul systems were down and it took over an hour to get my vehicle
timm pTook about 40 minutes to pickup U-Haul using the after hours option. Rented a dolly that was not included. Called and told U-Haul we did not get the dollar and was told they would take it off, then when we returned the truck they STILL tried to charge us for it. Had to call multiple times and speak to multiple people to finally be told it was fixed. Looked at my account and I was charged twice. Both charges equaled up to still paying for the damn dolly. I’ll go with Penske next time.
Ciara SI dropped off the truck at 8:30 prior to opening at 9AM. The truck was due back that morning by 9AM. The keys and contract were left in the box outside. They waited until 4:22 that day to update the computer and charged me for an extra day. I called and they did apologize and refunded me for the additional one day charge immediately.

Ian SPremier Mini Storage is a great U-Haul location. Had I known that my original pick-up location (Simple Storage at 2292 Battlefield Parkway, Fort Oglethorpe, GA) would be closed during its normal hours of operation when I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul truck, I would have reserved my U-Haul truck from Premier Mini Storage in the first place. The person that assisted me at Premier Mini Storage could tell I was upset by the last minute change of location and was very patient and helpful.
