Please pay attention to details. Forgot my dolly so I had to go to a whole other location to pick one up. Also didn't have my contactless key stuff ready for when I got there so I had to go through the whole process while I was in the parking lot trying to pick up the U-Haul. Last time I will ever use U-Haul. It was so unorganized.Chelsea G.

Charged me for insurance when I declined the option - would not let me check in on mobile app so I had to go inside and go through an entire check out session with the employee to get the vehicle.Michael C.
I ordered 2 pkgs of blankets a utility dolly and 2 furniture dollies. When I got to the truck to pick it, none of that was available. I had to run to different places on the day of my move. They ended up giving be 2 appliance dollies that I was not able to move furniture with it made the move twice as hard and way much longer than it should have. Very disappointed and I had to pay for more hours to the guys that were there to help me. Had to pay an hour of waiting time for me to go to another location to get things the other place didn't have. I paid this for this in full ahead of time.I received a $47.63 credit which was not near enough for what I had to go they. The utility or the appliance Dollie's didn't work for furniture to be taken in a building with an elevator to the third floor. I ended up not being able to move everything that needed to be moved because I didn't have the proper equipment.John T.
The experience was bad from Sep. 3rd all the way until we took it back on Sept.4,2022. They gave 2 of our U-Haul's away everytime we would call the 1-800 Uhaul the lady was helpful until we told her another customer drove off in our U-Haul. She left me on hold for over 20 min I had to hang up and call back. When calling back the lady that answered said I have your customer on the phone very unprofessional. We had to drive 30 mins away just to get another U-Haul. We were suppose to have a dolly with the U-Haul and we didn't get that. By the time we noticed that everything was closed. My wife parents had to drive a hour in a half to bring us a dolly and drive back home. This experience with a U-Haul has been terrible.Queenesther Y.

I'm glad I received this... Terrible location and uninterested staff. Vehicle was great but this location is inside a convenience store...what is Uhaul thinking? He was asking me to move to the side so he could ring up people's snacks and beer. This isn't being facetious or cavalier, Doritos and Coors, that's what I was asked to step aside for. Not once, but for several customers... really felt stupid just standing there. No paperwork given at pickup and nothing when I returned it. They got the milage wrong ( I took photos of the odometer) and charged me an extra $75. I was so disappointed and disgusted with the process I didn't even try to call and correct it - don't know if it would make a difference anyway. Have always rented from the other location on I-45 and never had an issue but it's also not located in a convenience store. Overall, a bad experience.Rene G.

This U-Haul Premier location on the I-45 frontage road is in the Chevron gas station. There is only 1 guy working there. When I arrived to pick up the 10' truck that I reserved, and was supposed to be at that location, the guy said he didn't have one...but there was one parked there! He had many 15' trucks though!! Every time someone came in to make a purchase inside the station, I had to step aside so he could take care of the Chevron customers...eventhough I was a paying customer. He was taking care of both Chevron & Uhaul customers; but obviously he did not value my business as a Uhaul customer. He said by helping me, my service would take 5-10 minutes longer!Â¿ When I returned the Uhaul truck, he told me that I could "check it in" online myself or "trust" him to check in the truck!! I chose to check it in myself, but was having difficulty, so I returned to the location and asked him to check the truck in. He absolutely refused because he said he was too busy with other work. There wasn't one other customer in that store!! I had taken pictures of the mileage, gas level, truck number, return date/time and he still refused!! I called Uhaul's 800 number and spoke to an extremely professional agent who prioritized my situation immediately. The truck was checked in not long after that. My husband and I have always had positive experiences with Uhaul, but will NEVER use that Premier location again, or any Uhaul rental location associated with a gas station! The only reason I went there to that Premier location, was that I was told that a 10' truck was available for pick up at that Premier location!! Many lessons learned!!Leisa H.

The only problem I had with this location was there was only one person working and he was running a convenience store also so he could not come check in the vehicle to confirm its state. When I attempted to talk to him about the blankets and my desire for him to confirm my return and provide me with a receipt he simply stated I would get one via email and I just needed to call the national phone number if I had any questions regarding anything. I did call upon leaving, but there was an estimated 40-45 minute wait time according to the phone message so after about 15 minutes I gave up.David H.

Inspect your equipment, rear tire failure within the first 10 miles. Sister tire worn badly, tire was obviously damaged prior to our rental. For what U-haul charges customers should expect equipment to be in good working order.Mel G.

I was told one price by two different people, picked up the truck then it was approx 70 more, then after pick up my card was charged even more. Almost $300 for two days of use is ridiculous. Not happy at all and would like a refund for the difference. I feel like I got scammed. Also the lady at the pick up location had trouble and seemed to not know what she was doing, therefore the whole process took 50 minutesHUNTER C.

This location was a gas station and they did not have all of the equipment I had ordered but they were very helpful and I was able to get the dolly I had ordered from another uhaul just a few miles away. Overall- very pleased. Truck was clean, ran well, had comfortable seats and AC worked great. For a moving truck couldn't have been happier.Linda I.

We've used this location twice now, and both times, the store owner did not have the dolly we ordered, and this time he had neither the dolly or the furniture pads. He also said he couldn't refund our money and we had to contact uhaul. The owner of the store is very rude and seems irritated over nothing. We won't be using this location again.Camille V.

Location was difficult to find even with Google Maps. Location just needs better signage. It was a convenient store and we passed it. Overall, it was easy, friendly and quick.Tracy L.
Had the problem with truck AC. AC would not work when truck is not moving (stuck In traffic). Need better truck maintenance. Was stuck in construction zone with stop and go traffic for over 45 minutes on interstate without AC in 100 degree heat!Sung K.

Uhaul should immediately remove their flag. The owner of this convenience store is detrimental to Uhaul's reputation. Unclean, unfriendly, unhelpful, unrepresentative and unworthy. Your field rep, David, saved the day when he intervened. The C store owner did not check me in, look at the vehicle or give me confirmation I returned the truck. I was forced to go back the next day to make certain it was recorded. David was there because he passed by and saw a truck there was not logged in. David was great, helpful and professional. He deserves a raise but the C Store owner is useless. Drop that location today. I live a mile away and I'll be letting the 574 residents of my neighborhood to stay away from there. This guy is a crook. He's taking your money but not doing anything. May I use the term POS?HENRY D.

I rented a truck. Used it a coupe hour and returned it. It worked great. The truck was clean and drove nice. However, I didn't get a contract when I rented it. He said I would get a receipt after I returned it. Before returning the truck I filled it up with fuel. I took a picture of the fuel gage and I showed the man the fuel was full. He said he would email me my receipt which he did in an hour but there was a $30 fuel charge. I called him and he said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call u-Haul. After several calls to U-Haul I finally reached a polite lady and after sending her pictures of the truck fuel gauge and a copy of the fuel receipt she refunded my money.gary S.

I was having trouble connecting with the u haul guy on the online information that I already submitted. So he was helpful with getting me signed in manually through his system but i noticed I'm being charged for $14.00 safe mode I didn't want this. I also hope that the charge changes because I don't think the mileage is correct. I hope this gets changed. The guy was very nice and helpful and the truck was clean.Kristy H.

Mobile app did not work at check in. No blankets as requested. Had to ask the clerk for assistance. Moving labor in Fort Worth charged me 149.95. Quote was two men at 2 hours. They were late and used them for 30 minutes. They worked when they got there however.EDWARD R.

I reserved my uhaul online and someone called and left a message saying that my uhaul was not available. When I called someone named Denise answered me, she was the rudest person on the phone, raised her voice at me and yelled. She wouldn't let me talk. I filed a complaint, they told me I was going to be contacted and I haven't heard from no one. Worst customer services everJonathan R.

The gas station/ UHaul rental closest to my house would not accept my trailer because my paperwork did not specifically list their address. Called Corporate and they wanted me to drive 6 miles down 8 and 10 lane and very busy I-45. I told the agent about non working tail, brake, and turn signals, and she agreed it was dangerous and called the location I was at to tell them it was ok for me to leave the trailer there. They wouldn't answer the phone so I walked back into the office with agent on my cell phone and agent told them to accept my trailer. They agreed after getting confirmation number from U-Haul agent. I told those guys at the about the light problem and they were unconcerned with my or others safety, but at least the UHaul agent was understanding and cleared up the problem.Gary O.
