I was told one price by two different people, picked up the truck then it was approx 70 more, then after pick up my card was charged even more. Almost $300 for two days of use is ridiculous. Not happy at all and would like a refund for the difference. I feel like I got scammed. Also the lady at the pick up location had trouble and seemed to not know what she was doing, therefore the whole process took 50 minutesHUNTER C.

This location was a gas station and they did not have all of the equipment I had ordered but they were very helpful and I was able to get the dolly I had ordered from another uhaul just a few miles away. Overall- very pleased. Truck was clean, ran well, had comfortable seats and AC worked great. For a moving truck couldn't have been happier.Linda I.

We've used this location twice now, and both times, the store owner did not have the dolly we ordered, and this time he had neither the dolly or the furniture pads. He also said he couldn't refund our money and we had to contact uhaul. The owner of the store is very rude and seems irritated over nothing. We won't be using this location again.Camille V.

Location was difficult to find even with Google Maps. Location just needs better signage. It was a convenient store and we passed it. Overall, it was easy, friendly and quick.Tracy L.
Had the problem with truck AC. AC would not work when truck is not moving (stuck In traffic). Need better truck maintenance. Was stuck in construction zone with stop and go traffic for over 45 minutes on interstate without AC in 100 degree heat!Sung K.

Uhaul should immediately remove their flag. The owner of this convenience store is detrimental to Uhaul's reputation. Unclean, unfriendly, unhelpful, unrepresentative and unworthy. Your field rep, David, saved the day when he intervened. The C store owner did not check me in, look at the vehicle or give me confirmation I returned the truck. I was forced to go back the next day to make certain it was recorded. David was there because he passed by and saw a truck there was not logged in. David was great, helpful and professional. He deserves a raise but the C Store owner is useless. Drop that location today. I live a mile away and I'll be letting the 574 residents of my neighborhood to stay away from there. This guy is a crook. He's taking your money but not doing anything. May I use the term POS?HENRY D.

I rented a truck. Used it a coupe hour and returned it. It worked great. The truck was clean and drove nice. However, I didn't get a contract when I rented it. He said I would get a receipt after I returned it. Before returning the truck I filled it up with fuel. I took a picture of the fuel gage and I showed the man the fuel was full. He said he would email me my receipt which he did in an hour but there was a $30 fuel charge. I called him and he said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call u-Haul. After several calls to U-Haul I finally reached a polite lady and after sending her pictures of the truck fuel gauge and a copy of the fuel receipt she refunded my money.gary S.

I was having trouble connecting with the u haul guy on the online information that I already submitted. So he was helpful with getting me signed in manually through his system but i noticed I'm being charged for $14.00 safe mode I didn't want this. I also hope that the charge changes because I don't think the mileage is correct. I hope this gets changed. The guy was very nice and helpful and the truck was clean.Kristy H.

Mobile app did not work at check in. No blankets as requested. Had to ask the clerk for assistance. Moving labor in Fort Worth charged me 149.95. Quote was two men at 2 hours. They were late and used them for 30 minutes. They worked when they got there however.EDWARD R.

I reserved my uhaul online and someone called and left a message saying that my uhaul was not available. When I called someone named Denise answered me, she was the rudest person on the phone, raised her voice at me and yelled. She wouldn't let me talk. I filed a complaint, they told me I was going to be contacted and I haven't heard from no one. Worst customer services everJonathan R.

The gas station/ UHaul rental closest to my house would not accept my trailer because my paperwork did not specifically list their address. Called Corporate and they wanted me to drive 6 miles down 8 and 10 lane and very busy I-45. I told the agent about non working tail, brake, and turn signals, and she agreed it was dangerous and called the location I was at to tell them it was ok for me to leave the trailer there. They wouldn't answer the phone so I walked back into the office with agent on my cell phone and agent told them to accept my trailer. They agreed after getting confirmation number from U-Haul agent. I told those guys at the about the light problem and they were unconcerned with my or others safety, but at least the UHaul agent was understanding and cleared up the problem.Gary O.

The drivers floors was dirty and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get charged for it. Truck was given to me as is. I had reserved a furniture roller and it wasn't available. The attendant didn't let me know because he was busy with the store.Marcelino G.

I was very disappointed with U-Haul becuase the nearest location that was handy for me to pick up was changed - without asking me first to a location further away and through much heavier traffic. I was not happy about that at all, especially when after picking up U-Haul sent me an email telling me that I could drop off the U-Haul at any location I wanted to. I had decided on my best pickup and drop off locations and the one that was most critical was changed. I expected U-Haul to give me a discount for their inflexibility and poor planning. The location was not marked well - the U-Haul office was in a gas station and I had to go find it. There was a small U-Haul sign outside and I saw a couple of trucks, but I was not sure I was at the right location when I stopped. We stopped next door first and then walked back to find the correct store. They did not have the correct drop off location on record. I would have expected them to know that. I had to call and find out for them.David J.

The gentleman who rents the Uhaul was awfully rude. He stopped my transaction 4 different times to help other people instead of me who came after me. His response when I got frustrated and told him he needed to finish with me instead of helping other customers, he said "I run a convenience store first, if a customer comes in I take care of them and you wait" Also, I believe my bill went up as well from what I was originally quoted.Ryan M.

The persona on the phone was very friendly, but it was never brought up to me and the person at the location didn't know anything about this. Person who gave us the keys was very nice and told us to not worry about having the vehicle back until 10 since they would be here as it is a gas station. We told him that we'd have it back around 6ish at the latest. Dropped it off at 6:10 and was told â€œyou're supposed to have it back by 3â€ which almost DOUBLED our charge since it was now deemed â€œlateâ€. We told them what happened and was just told again â€œit says you're supposed to have it by 3.â€ Will not be using or recommending uhaul ever again.karl S.

Trucks need to be inspected prior to re-renting them. Gas tank had missing top vapor cap and I spilled 15 plus gallons fourth of the tank, of gas on I-45 before some one flaged me down. Truck had to be repaired before I could continue.Bill T.
I did my reservation online 5 days before I needed the truck. I picked a major U-Haul location not far from my house because I knew they would have everything on my contract. I received a call that informed that I had to go in the opposite direction and farther distance to get the truck. I didn't complain and went to pick up the truck at a location that turned out to be a convenience store. The manager would wait on me between convenience store customers even though I had used expedited pickup. On top of that, he didn't have the blankets on my contract. I had to go to the original U-Haul location I had chosen to get the blankets, which were not ready and had to be bagged. I spent almost two hours just getting the truck and blankets which put me way behind on my trip. I do want to say that the employees at the original location where I had to go to get the blankets were more that accommodating and never complained about having to get the blankets.Walter W.

The trailer was in such bad shape that I was not even able to use it to transport my vehicle. It didn't feel safe at all. The tail lights didn't work either. I felt like this was a waste of MY time.Melanie A.
The gentleman working was doing his best, but this was one of the worst U-Haul experiences I've had. I got there at 9 on the dot for my pickup and didn't leave till 10:30 because U-Haul doesn't ensure these random gas stations have the right equipment to sign people in. I even did a pre checkin, so it literally should have been just walk in and out. There was even another group of people who came in expecting to pickup their U-Haul truck but there was none of them there. Really hope they fix their operations.Jacob M.
If I had not have used my GPS to find the address I woulf have passed this place up. No signage to identify the location as a U-haul dealer. Only 1 small truck parked in front of an old run down C-store. The trailer In rented was behind the store. The attendant acted as if the rental process was an inconvience to him. He did not have a computer in the store so he was trying to complete the rental agreement on his personal I-pad. He could not get the transaction to work so He called his boss and handed me the I-pad and his cell phone so his boss could talk me through the rental aggrement. I had reserved my rental to be picked up in Cleveland TX but when I called to confirm the reservation , the phone numbers were no longer in service, I called the 800 customer service number and the attendant informed me that the location was closed for the weekend and the closest location was Conroe, TX which was 35 miles past my destination. The pick up location was only about 3 miles from a Full service U-Haul dealership on I-45 in Conroe. I don't know why they selected this dump for me to pick up my rental. This location is a poor representation of the U-Haul brand. I could tell that the attendant had no concern for my satisfaction. I did get a $50.00 credit on my card for the location change, with that kind of service the rental should have been complementary and only charged for the insurance. Not happy at all with my reservation , confirmation and pickup experience.Stacy V.

We filled the gas tank completely full of gasoline, however, the manager didn't believe us, because the tank gauge showed the needle ever so slightly below the full mark. We therefore had to go through the extra hassle of PROVING that the tank was full by moving the 26' truck over to a pump, and attempt to fill the tank for a second time. The pump went click, click, click...see? It IS full and isn't taking any more fuel? We aren't trying to cheat you!Daniel R.
