Original place Didn't have a trailer place wasn't open. Had to add 2 hours and 60 miles to.my trip because of this. Then on delivery the web site didn't work I was on hold for over 30 minutes till I gave up and just hung up. Miserable experience.

Disappointed that the Uhaul company wasn't more thorough with my scheduling of the uhaul. Caused me to not be able to pickup at my original location. Changed location without giving enough info about new location, then I had to drive an additional hour out of my way to get the trailor. Each location was great pick up and drop off but the phone service could use help.

I reserved the truck for 8am on a Saturday and drove an hour to get there only to discover that the pick up business does not open on Saturdays until 9am.U-Haul needs to know about the limited Saturday hours. The truck that we reserved was supposedly out of commission when we arrived due to damage, but it was the only truck available so we had to take it. I suspect it had not been serviced. Even though I had pre-registered, we had to put in a lot of the same information again. Very disorganized.

Fix your app. It blows chunks. Couldn't check in my rental. Kept resetting when u tried to attach pictures. Also, it's confusing to navigate.
