The drop off was crazy

Not the correct pickup site. I was rerouted and then charge an extra $100 for the extra miles that I also had to spend money for fuel

This location was closed when the U-haul was returned. The U-haul self check in app wouldn't accept my code. I called to get assistance, the automated system stated there would be a 55 minute wait time. This is unacceptable. I found using U-haul to be very frustrating.

No one was present when I arrived. I called and was told to take photos of the unit and I could leave. The rear door of the unit has some kind of issue with the door spring that needs attention. I also had to sweep what appeared to be potting soil out of the unit when I arrived home. I returned the equipment on time on the date it was due back and again no one was present. I called Jonathan, the lot owner, and he did not answer my call. I sent a text with pictures, however he did not check the return in and as a result I received a $20 late return charge. I will not use this location in the future.

Was my second stop had rented a truck in Lexington and when got there they did not have one even though I had reservations and was never contacted they would not have one and that they were overbooked. So had to drive hour to get trailer from this location not happy

My issue is not with the facility but with U-Haul for sending me to a location an hour outside Lexington when I had made my reservation 3 months ahead of time. The person at this location was well prepared and very helpful. He inflated the car dolly tire on the spot and it held air for the full trip.
