No office. The guy that rented to me runs the place out of his vehicle. After I arrived at the address, I knocked on the door of the small windowless building but no one answered. I had to call the number provided to find out where he was located. It turns out he was in the parking lot in his vehicle/office. Really? What type of business operates like this?

Sahana PIt's just a really sketchy setup. Some guy working out of his car has rented out part of a Gas station. No office, no signs, and when I returned my equipment, there was no one there. I had to call 800uhaul. Very odd and feels unsafe

Britt TUhaul used to be the place to go! Now all the confusing rates, and unwilling to accommodate is sad. We rented a one way truck, was given one price and charged another. Then brought it back early and there was no credit given. Accidentally filled the truck up and we picked up the truck at half. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Colten WUhaul canceled my order after reserving a month earlier, told me there were none in a 50 mile radius. This uhaul place found a truck for me and it was a perfect experience.
Candice BNo one was there. It is in a location where the GPS cannot pick up the location because it is outside of the town and away from everything. The location is an old gas station parking lot. There is no gate or anything to stop anyone from coming behind you and taking the Uhaul you just dropped off.
Clyde ATruck was clean... Uhaul member was sweeping it when I arrived. He was very thorough on orientation and very calming when I explained this was the largest Uhaul vehicle I had ever reserved.
