I will NEVER use online rental again. It was ridiculous. In addition to being required to provide two references, I don't like to share my whereabouts with google. And, that was required. I will tell you, if that becomes the only way to rent, Penske will have my future business.

The associate had no know of operating the uhaul system in order to not charge mileage that was authorized as free and I am still waiting for my refund.

We were told that there was a drop box for after hours drop off, when we got to the location 15 miles out if our way it was determined that there was no outside drop box. We then had to go another 20 miles out of our way t o get the keys to someone who knew the owner of this location. Very disappointed in this experience.

I reserved for a Wautoma, WI. location pickup and dropoff and did not receive it and the company did not bother to tell me until I contacted them the day before the move. Poorest service and I will be posting my rating of poor on all social media. This was a big mistake using U Haul for my needs and I will be using a different rental company in my future and I will make sure all my friends, family and acquaintances do the same.

Pick up was suppose to be at 9AM, with only one person at check in and 2 customers ahead, the online registration the night before didn't speed things up very much. Never left U haul location until 11:15AM Saturday morning
