Absolutely Nothing....Jacob was there to answer all questions regarding the rental!!! Highly recommend their facility for future rentals!

Since my original location was Wild rose and sent to wautoma and then sent to poy sippi.. All day was bad.. and to wake up and find out I was charged another 24.00.. I am not happy..

I was charged for an extra day even though the truck was returned the same day. I have used Uhaul several times, including a week following this rental. But I will not be using them again. $50.64 may not seem like much to you but it's a big deal to my family. After this experience I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Thanks for stealing my money.

When I rented out the vehicle it was at less than 1/4 of a tank of fuel. As I am unfamiliar with such a large vehicle and assuming it would be a gas hog I filled the tank for my trip. When I dropped it off I had only used a fourth of a tank. I feel like I put too much gas in and it was too hard to determine How much would use, let alone refill it only to 1/4 of a tank again..

We have rented Uhauls in the past and this by far was the worst experience and because it was so difficult we will never rent again nor will we ever recommend that anyone else does. First of all a 9:00 pick up on moving day is ridiculous and then your process of 24/7 was seriously the most difficult online process we have ever had to deal with. After numerous phone calls to uhaul it took over an hour in the parking lot not to mention that there was not a lock on the back of the truck like there was supposed to be. There is so much more to tell you and honestly if you want more of how difficult things were please feel free to call me. No one at anytime both the person at the pick up lot nor 3 phone calls to uhaul the day before pick up told us the whole story. It simply put was ridiculous.

The Poy Sippi location was great. However, I wanted to return in Redgranite Wisconsin, but that location has closed and building is for sale. U-haul location sights need to be updated and REMOVE that location.

Fantastic customer service...helped with backing up to trailer with hand signals then hook up the trailer properly with safety in mind. Checked for proper safe signals.. EXPLAINED in detail why one uses the tie chains, and how to secure the loads inside the trailer! Top notch business!

Mike was extremely helpful in filling out paperwork and even though he was busy doing client scedulings, he found the time to explain the hookup in detail! Highly recommend Poy Sippi Auto Center to anyone needing a UHaul trailer....setting the bar on service!

I will NEVER use online rental again. It was ridiculous. In addition to being required to provide two references, I don't like to share my whereabouts with google. And, that was required. I will tell you, if that becomes the only way to rent, Penske will have my future business.

The associate had no know of operating the uhaul system in order to not charge mileage that was authorized as free and I am still waiting for my refund.

We were told that there was a drop box for after hours drop off, when we got to the location 15 miles out if our way it was determined that there was no outside drop box. We then had to go another 20 miles out of our way t o get the keys to someone who knew the owner of this location. Very disappointed in this experience.

I reserved for a Wautoma, WI. location pickup and dropoff and did not receive it and the company did not bother to tell me until I contacted them the day before the move. Poorest service and I will be posting my rating of poor on all social media. This was a big mistake using U Haul for my needs and I will be using a different rental company in my future and I will make sure all my friends, family and acquaintances do the same.

Pick up was suppose to be at 9AM, with only one person at check in and 2 customers ahead, the online registration the night before didn't speed things up very much. Never left U haul location until 11:15AM Saturday morning
