Nothing. Great experience. The truck did have some trim damage on the passenger bedside when we picked it up. I took a picture of it and submitted it when we left. Other than that, great truck and will use again anytime

I had to ask for help from someone at this location to assist in removing the tongue from the ball hitch. Guy was too busy on the phone to show much interest in getting the trailer back. Lazy.
WARREN RThe ratchet tie downs were rusty and I had to soak them in oil to get them to move (work) . However the trans port worked very well for hauling my Ford 641 tractor , very nice equipment . The man at the location said he would not help me hook the trailer up or check it out before I pulled out . He also could not get any information to work on his laptop . And asked me if I knew what should be put in and how to do it . I had to go back home and call u-haul and get a copy of the reservation . I took this back to the location and showed the man this and he did not want to recognize the reservation . I had to insist I had a contract with u-haul and I was going to hook and use the trailer as per the reservation . What a poor experience but good equipment .

CODY MTrying to get hold of a person from the main Uhaul number was difficult. Satin hood 8 minutes and finally just hung up without ever getting someone to speak to.
Gregory GIt seems the person working behind the counter at the gas station did not understand what to do. For example he did not check his invitory to make sure what is there is correct. The trailer I was given did not match what he put on the computer and he had no idea how to change it. He called cooperate and I ended up talking to them because he was confused. He did not help with booking it up for over 15 minutes because he was too busy. Oh by the way the trailer was the only one on the lot and he never co firmed it was the correct one the system said he had.
Bobby GGreat service. Only surprise was that I planned to use my phone to pick up and drop off, however I could not find a link to use for the pickup process. My reservation link took me to the reservation page but I didn’t see a link to start the pickup process. Luckily the establishment was open and I was able to get service, and it was excellent service so it worked out fine.

Michael DWas not satisfied with the equipment, it was clean as well as you can expect for a vehicle that a lot of people uses. The issue I have is the truck was not full. I was given a $20.00 credit, but I had to come out of my pocket with $85.00. This was not satisfactory to me , that this truck was setting on this property empty. I would have to to tell someone about my experience and than let them handle the situation themselves. I was not satisfied with having to fill up the truck. I brought it back full, why didn't they check before the other person left. I have used U-Haul a lot (look it up) and every time I brought a truck back, someone went outside and check for fuel mileage and condition. This location is convenient for me and my experience this time was horrible because I had to come out of my pocket for $85.00. Horrible, Horrible.

Robin SI think the trailer could’ve used some much needed maintenance on the trailer (inertia) brake. Tires were getting pretty bald, but the trailer was there, the attendant was nice and helpful, and drop off was easy.

Gloria BDisorganized. The guys at the gas station where we picked it up had no idea how to process getting us the trailer. They just hooked up the trailer and we were leaving;then the mgr called them and I had to get on the phone. He did not have the details of my rental even though it was on the reservation. Very disorganized and frustrating.
Tracey MDropped off trailer on Sunday. Monday was a holiday. Called on Tuesday to confirm, they still had not logged it in as "received". They did after I called. Would have been nice if they did that on their own without me needing to follow up.

Christopher LUHaul allowed a trailer THAT DID NOT EXIST to be reserved at AAlways Hooking Towing. That location did nothing whatsoever to help when I showed up and the trailer was not there. Chubby's did not have my reservation, so I had to call UHaul and wait on hold to speak to a rep. What's the point of reserving if this is what you get?
