Jack DunlapHave someone that wants to do business with the customers . This person was very scary and would not come to the door. He knew we were coming at 2:30 but would not answer phone or come to door for at least 30 minutes. I will never rent from this location again. U-Haul can do better than this !!

Michael WilsonMake sure that everything is maintained, the lights work on all the equipment. I was very impressed with the way the employees took care of the problem with the trailer that I had rented on February 24,2023. The replacement trailer that I got the next day was great, the young man I dealt with was fantastic. Just the address was a little hard to find because there was no number on the building but all and all I got everything moved. Thank you so much.

Katrina BrownI had to hook up the car dolly I rented myself. I rented this dolly at 4:30 (at closing time) the ses person asked if I was returning it tonight, I said yes tonight or when do I have to return it. She said you have until the morning. Granted I had an hour drive to pick up my car and time loading it and the hour drive back. I called around 8 pm that same night to let them know I was about ten minutes out and the guy that answered the phone just hung up on me. When I got there I had to unhook the trailer by myself in the dark(no outside lights) stepping in holes with mud in them. The female that helped me was nice but can't pick up the tow dolly to hook it up. Very upset with my experience from this location. Little narrow dirt drive, no outside lighting for customers to see while trying to unhook trailers. Very vague with information as to when your rental has to be back. I will not go back to this location. I had to call at 4pm and wait for someone to get back to the location to rent the equipment I wanted to rent

She even checked the truck in for me, without me even asking her about it. I will definitely do business with them again, IF the occasion arises.

Christopher BrownThe only reason I would recommend this facility is convenience. It saves driving almost 30 miles to Pace, FL. Otherwise, there is NO drop box for leaving keys/paperwork, when called the staff was very nonchalant about the turn in process, grass needed to be mowed and it took 3 days of calling to reach someone.

Glenn HallI ordered an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly and a dozen moving pads. None of these were provided and I didn’t learn about this until after I picked up truck and complained. I was told they were removed from the contract because they weren’t available. Who rents a 26’ moving truck without an appliance dolly!? Almost impossible to load and unload a refrigerator without it.
Mark WintrowI am all good with people having a side hustle but it should at least be professional. I picked up the truck from someone's home and while the woman was polite it was a very unprofessional atmosphere. The truck was not very clean and a beer can caps in the truck trailer and a broom leaning against the front of the cab. I was not happy but it is what it is. Then on my way to my destination I got caught in a rain storm. The windshield wipers did absolutely nothing regardless of the speed I set them on. Also the headlights were on and you could not even see them unless you pulled up to a traffic light and could see they were on against the vehicle in front of me. I spent 100 miles switching from highbeams to lowbeams which in todays world is crazy. This was not a very good experience.

THEODOREWALTON YOUNGI do not know what I was charged for at this location. I turned in the truck by 5:30 to the location I was told to. I put the correct amount of gas in it according to contract and instructions by personel at pickup location.

Knocked on the door of his house after couldn't get the lock open for drop box for 24/7, Mr Powers came and yelled at me that it was private property and to leave, then slammed the door. I knocked again and the next time he opened it he had a pistol in his hand pointed right at me and asked if I wanted to get shot. Not very professional. Just wanted to ask a single question about the lockbox. Completely ridiculous. Absolute clown.

ANTHONY COLEYI was charged 250 to rent a uhaul and they want give my refund I have been going back and forth with uhaul and the bank for days and still haven’t got things resolved I will never rent from them again
WYTERIA JAMESAlmost did not get my reserved trailer due to UHaul's card payment issues. Made reservation online, drove an hour with my hired help to location to be told the payment portal had been down for days off and on. She then let me pay with cash, which she normally didn't allow, but was 25.00 more than rental fee, although I got that back when I dropped off trailer. However, was told in order to pick up my "deposit" I had to be there at 4pm, not before because she wouldn't be there. Also, they close at 430pm. So very small window. My hired help wound up dropping off trailer earlier and then driving back out to get the cash. In the end, I got the trailer, and lady was kind and worked with me on the cash thing as it wasn't her fault that the payment portal was on the fritz, but it was a bit stressful thinking the whole thing almost fell through after driving so far with hired help in tow. I definitely recommend calling beforehand even with online reservation.
