James BThe van broke down and it took over 2 hrs to have someone come fix it. Our day was ruined. When the vehicle assistance came they guy was from DC!!! No wonder it took 2 hrs. It was a disaster and I feel like I should have gotten a total refund. Never again.
Laura TTook a 5 mile trip and was charged $16 for gas which is absolutely ridiculous. The gas gauge in the photo when I returned the truck does not match the diagram they uploaded with my receipt. The gauge barely moved a half centimeter and yet somehow a 5 mile trip used 3 gallons of gas? I’m not buying it. Not a good experience at all

Cynthia PYour details and steps on picking up trucks should be easier and much simpler. You should allow for some of the steps to be verified prior to the day and time your reservations. Your hidden charges that show up at time of check out are very lame. If one could see these at time of getting the reservation then it would give the consumer on opportunity to shop around.

MELINDA AThe drop-off and pick-up locations for the vehicle keys could be in the front of the building (store) for the safety of customers who return vehicles at night. U-Haul must improve the usefulness of its mobile app for self-checkout renters. I was delayed for two and a half hours waiting for the store to open to pick up the keys because the app would not work.

KEITH DHad to cancel several times. Spouse was charged $100. Was given the wrong keys twice. Wasted an hour of our time. Will not be renting from your company again.
Chris FVehicle clean, but ride rough. Had to travel about 10 mph over parts of Belair Road being repaved. Thankfully, no damage to cargo. Was grateful to get a 15' truck with ramp to complete my move. Could stand up inside truck and load entire floor area without stacking cargo. This saved me much time and energy.
Thomas KIt took too long for the agent to review and approve my drivers license picture and the selfie. I had to take 4 or 5 different pictures of my license and 2 different selfies. In the future you should tell people not to wear hats before they get there. Also, I was told my estimated charges would be about $35. I WAS NOT told beforehand that my credit card would be charged a $100 deposit and was not prepared to be charged that much before I was able to rent the truck. I had to call someone and get their card info because I didn't have enough on my card. I thought I would only need enough to cover what I was told the estimate would be. The whole check in process took more than 30 minutes which is way too long.

JEFFREY MU-haul itself... the staff had problems closing my account and give me credit for equipment I didn't receive. The U-haul website was not helpful to the staff at all. Very frustrating for me and them.

Ray RI didn't understand the cleaning question on the mobile drop off check in and did not answer correctly, resulting in a $25 cleaning fee that I didn't think was fair. I commented about that on the mobile check on the invoice screen and when I received the contract receipt it seems it had been taken care of without me having to call. Thank you! Great customer service and good quality / good working vehicle.

budri aThe particular uhaul I drove has AC problems. AC was blowing and can feel cold air but it’s all coming out the bottom of dash, the AC control doesn’t do anything. Everything else was good. 😁

Christopher CPostman Plus was a great selection for my U-Haul pick up....it was not the closest U-Haul location, but I selected it based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed. The pick-up and return was easy and the staff helpful and thorough. The vehicle was in good working order too. I'd highly recommend Postman Plus for future U-Haul needs.
