I asked about renting a dolly and pads when I rented the truck. I was told that there were already a dolly and pads on the truck. There was no mention of being charged for them. I was originally intending to pay for these items, but I do not like being charged after the fact and without discussion.

I arranged to pick up the truck via mobile app since the store was closed. When I picked up the truck, the dolly I ordered and paid extra for was not inside the truck. In addition, the truck was extremely dirty and the check engine light was on. Customer service was unable to help or arrange for a new truck. I still was charged and hopefully will get my money back since I never used the truck due to the above conditions. I also had to rent another truck from another location the following day in order to move my items . I am very disappointed and the experience was frustrating and stressful.

The operator said he adjusted my bill to reflect not getting the blankets. Also, your name showed up on my statement as 'UNITEDHEALTHCARE'. Go figure. It caused lots of problems. I thought it was a scam and refuted the charges. I determined the error while looking for UHaul charges. Ugh

I spent over an hour in Uhaul. Some computer issue. My card ended up being charged twice and Tim acted like it was the systems fault & to contact customer service. This happened on 6/8th, the issue wasnt resolved until 6/12th. I just relocated to Georgia so I need all of my coins.
