The truck was not swept out from previous renters. They did not return the truck with proper fuel in the tank. I had to fill the tank with gas before moving my furniture.Michael P.

The people at the location were really nice. However when I picked up the truck using UHaul mobile app it took an hour before the UHaul call center got it to work to give me the code to get the keys out of the lockbox. Also the utility dolly I rented was NOT in the truck.Lloyd Z.

The gentleman who helped us was extremely kind, and went out of his way on his day off, to fix an error that wasn't his fault. He was very pleasant and made sure we were comfortable while he took care of the problem which was created by the online system and had nothing to do with the location, equipment, or staff.Robinson B.

The truck was clean. Did not have all moving equipments ordered available (utility and furniture dolly). I had to go to a different location. I asked for a receipt for the refund of the equipment not available and the counter assistant tells me "Why do you need it?" I was a bit surprised by her response!!!! I rented furniture pads from a nearby location (Tom Oshanter) and asked if I can drop it in this location without being charged and was told it was ok to return to this location per their manager. Then when I called the original location (Tom Oshanter), they told me that I would be charged for a one way drop off. Glad I stuck with my own extinct and just returned it to the original location (Tom Oshanter). Not trustworthy.Tarig S.

I would absolutely recommend renting from this location. Very easy process and they are quick to help you with your rental, return, and to understand anything on the contract. Location and trucks are very well maintained and clean! I will rent from here again over any other location in my area!DASHANNA B.

Previous customer didn't return truck so I had to go from a 15' foot to a 20'. I paid the extra $10 but it would've been nice if they could've just gave it to me at the same price. Also it's almost 2022 and I think all the trucks should have a phone mount. Kinda annoying to have to look down to see your map on your phone.BENJAMIN R.

The parking area was difficult to maneuver. The attendant was nice, but compared to other locations the check out and in was slow. I prefer to use another location.COLETTE G.
The after hour fee was not mentioned or clear that it would be applied to the order. 6pm was listed as an option for drop off with no indication it would be after hours. When going over my quote, the fee was not mentioned either, even though I clearly had unknowingly,selected an after hour time slot. A late fee was on my quote sheet, but it was under and not jncluded in my quote price. Very disappointed in the "clever" way the fee was hidden.ANNDRONIKKI B.

Many hidden fees - not well explained, side mirrors very dirty - extra fees charges - very bad experience. Have not rented from U-Haul in quite some time. Did this through a private postage/shipping place AND they must have been new. Kept having to call someone else with questions. Will be using a different company in the future - truck was clean but mirrors were not at all clean.Diana B.

There were signs everywhere saying no mask no service but when we walked in, there was a gentleman repairing the printer with mask completely off, huffing, and puffing. The staff working there were fantastic though!Grace T.

The back of the truck smelled like someone had livestock in it. The place didn't have the 7am pick up so I couldn't pick up until 9am. They didn't have the hand truck I reserved. My daughters reservation was switched to a different location without any notice.Dale S.
