Truck was old and not very comfortable. I was charged originally for a $25 cleaning fee. I responded telling them I only put a piano in it and it was not dirty. I was not charged the cleaning fee. Drop off location was in the pback parking lot and it wasnot lighted. This store has a very poor setup.PETER S.

1 person working there and he hates his Job. He kept fussing about how he was supposed to have clocked out by 12 and his â€œidiotâ€ boss wasn't answering his phone. He told me they had no Dollys but when I went to go pick up the truck, I saw the dollys in the cage. Check engine light was on. I went to order the truck online and put 2 different locations for pick up and drop off. Was shown less than $45 I get to the Pick Up location and told over $70 Dropped it off 20 minutes away because I had to check into the emergency room for my asthma, almost $300 to place in the 46218 drop off area Before the time it was expected with the gas hand where it was supposed to have been. I rented the truck for my non profit & network daily with 4,000 business owners throughout the Midwest. The items in storage included sleep number beds, brass lamps & decor and Cosco furniture still new in boxes. If I was not at risk losing those items, I would have went forward with renting a uhaul truck. This has been the worst service ever & I have videos/pictures/receipts to show everything I have stated.TYANNA T.

They asked me to drop off truck early and then were not there to help me - I had trouble executing return process using website. Owner said they had an early rental the next day for 8:30. They were not even open until 9. I got up early after a tough day to help them out and it was obvious there was no 8:30 rental. Uhaul corporate was helpful in resolving the issue. Of course I was billed an extra $25 to use the return process when I could have returned the truck at 9 am and not been charged an extra fee.JOHN S.
The virtual check-in function did not allow me the flexibility to pick up my rental outside of business hours. Required a 45 min call with a U-Haul expert.Chris C.

Easy to drop off but I feel the customer service rep that recommended this location should warn you that it's not a UPS site. It's just behind a Kroger building in a parking lot. No sign or anything.B M.

They weren't very clear about pricing I moved a single bed frame with the smallest truck. 20 miles to pick it up, 20 miles back to my apartment and then 15 miles back to the uhaul location. My bill was almost $150 but if it was only 79 cents per mile then that doesn't make any sense. Another 50 dollars was charged to my account days later with NO explanationETHAN V.

Very difficult to find. An employee told me on the phone they would be open until 7 pm. However, when we arrived before 6 pm., the store was closed and we had to drive around awhile before we realized the drop off location was behind the strip mall. There was no visible signage from the road or parking lot to direct us. The only reason we found the location was because there was another UHaul truck parked there.Tom R.

The mobile check in was great all the way up to finding my location. It said it couldn't locate my location. I use maps daily...it is a glitch. Fix that and I believe it is an excellent service!TIMOTHY L.

Reservation was for 8:00 am 7027 E 86th St Indianapolis, IN 46250 and it got changed to 9783 E 116th St Fishers, IN 46037. No email, text, or phone call about the change so I went to 86th St, They were very rude and didn't care I wasn't notified. I had to sit in the parking lot until 9:00 am at 116th St until they opened. Very bad service.Michael D.

The location was closed when I dropped off my vehicle. I do not own a smart phone, but I learned that I needed a smart phone to complete the vehicle return process. Thankfully, my girlfriend did have a smart phone, so I could complete the return process as instructed. Had she not been there, I would have been stuck. I strongly suggest including instructions for returning rental vehicles for people who do not have smart phones.LEO K.

Charged me twice saying I didn't return it correctly on my phone. I had $19.95 10' truck for 3 hours and the Postal Annex neighborhood pickup location charged me $25.89 and another seperate charge of $31.40. I put the gas back in answered all the questions, took all required photos and drove maybe a little over 10 miles at .79/mile. Now I'm wasting valuable time trying to get a credit. TERRIBLE! WILL ONLY GO DIRECTLY TO A REAL UHAUL LOCATION... IF I USE THEM AGAIN!Angela W.

The man I spoke to when I arrived was very rude and wouldnt let me use my father's card that was on file for my account. Then he accused me of just finding the card on the floor and picking it up to try to use it. Even though my last name and the name on the card are the same. He even told me he would be able to use it but he wont because it could be "stolen". I believe he profile judged me just because I have tattoos and dyed hair. At no point was he the least bit friendly or even apologetic. I will never use this place again and will make sure no one I know will use this place either. You have no right to judge me as a thief just because of the way I look. He was completely rude and judgmental, very unprofessional especially to accuse me to my face.Matthew A.

I thought the process would be much easier & faster than it went. I was late but moreso because i had done all of the online protocol before i entered the location. I thought i would just get a code for a box to get they truck key without speaking to a person. Turns out that wasn't that easy. I told the business owner that I did everything online & he shut me down saying that no he still needed my drivers license & card (even though the website said i would just be handed a key). He was helping another customer & he had me wait. Once he checked to see if i had paid everything was fine but it took a good 30 min from start to finish. I told him i hoped to be done & have the truck back by 2:30. He just said they closed at 4pm. Never said it had to be back at a prescise time. I did return the truck one hour late & he told me i should have been back & he had turned down a rental because i wasn't there. I felt like my business wasn't appreciated. It took us 1hour 15 minutes to get truck . We couldn't get lock to work! When we did get in I had ordered 1 dozen furniture pads they were not in truck! Movers were coming early nothing open to get any! Had to use my towels and good blankets! Have always used U-Haul-disappointed!Sandra W.
