The mobile check in was great all the way up to finding my location. It said it couldn't locate my location. I use maps daily...it is a glitch. Fix that and I believe it is an excellent service!TIMOTHY L.

Reservation was for 8:00 am 7027 E 86th St Indianapolis, IN 46250 and it got changed to 9783 E 116th St Fishers, IN 46037. No email, text, or phone call about the change so I went to 86th St, They were very rude and didn't care I wasn't notified. I had to sit in the parking lot until 9:00 am at 116th St until they opened. Very bad service.Michael D.

The location was closed when I dropped off my vehicle. I do not own a smart phone, but I learned that I needed a smart phone to complete the vehicle return process. Thankfully, my girlfriend did have a smart phone, so I could complete the return process as instructed. Had she not been there, I would have been stuck. I strongly suggest including instructions for returning rental vehicles for people who do not have smart phones.LEO K.

Charged me twice saying I didn't return it correctly on my phone. I had $19.95 10' truck for 3 hours and the Postal Annex neighborhood pickup location charged me $25.89 and another seperate charge of $31.40. I put the gas back in answered all the questions, took all required photos and drove maybe a little over 10 miles at .79/mile. Now I'm wasting valuable time trying to get a credit. TERRIBLE! WILL ONLY GO DIRECTLY TO A REAL UHAUL LOCATION... IF I USE THEM AGAIN!Angela W.

The man I spoke to when I arrived was very rude and wouldnt let me use my father's card that was on file for my account. Then he accused me of just finding the card on the floor and picking it up to try to use it. Even though my last name and the name on the card are the same. He even told me he would be able to use it but he wont because it could be "stolen". I believe he profile judged me just because I have tattoos and dyed hair. At no point was he the least bit friendly or even apologetic. I will never use this place again and will make sure no one I know will use this place either. You have no right to judge me as a thief just because of the way I look. He was completely rude and judgmental, very unprofessional especially to accuse me to my face.Matthew A.

The guy who ran the store was really unprofessional. Also, he did not explain to us the return procedures, so we were charged for not recording the mileage and he refused to refund the money and was very rude about it.Bryan D.

I thought the process would be much easier & faster than it went. I was late but moreso because i had done all of the online protocol before i entered the location. I thought i would just get a code for a box to get they truck key without speaking to a person. Turns out that wasn't that easy. I told the business owner that I did everything online & he shut me down saying that no he still needed my drivers license & card (even though the website said i would just be handed a key). He was helping another customer & he had me wait. Once he checked to see if i had paid everything was fine but it took a good 30 min from start to finish. I told him i hoped to be done & have the truck back by 2:30. He just said they closed at 4pm. Never said it had to be back at a prescise time. I did return the truck one hour late & he told me i should have been back & he had turned down a rental because i wasn't there. I felt like my business wasn't appreciated. It took us 1hour 15 minutes to get truck . We couldn't get lock to work! When we did get in I had ordered 1 dozen furniture pads they were not in truck! Movers were coming early nothing open to get any! Had to use my towels and good blankets! Have always used U-Haul-disappointed!Sandra W.

I got twice wrong direction from customer service for address location and plz listen to calls if recorded as u said.and I took uber twice which coast me 17 dollars. Also dealer was not got full train from ur side as as stayed more than 20 minutes to do the process although he was very gentle and decent. I was his first customer at all his history. And I delayed for picking up my kids from schoolMilad R.
