The location assigned is not normally open on Saturdays and the clerk was 45 minutes late arriving. The truck was dirty, low on gas and had a check engine light illuminated. Overall bad experience.JOHN B.
I did a precheck and it still took over 15 min to check in. Then there was no light check after hook up. Couldn't get a copy of my rental, because there printer wasn't working.Richard P.

No one is available on weekends at this location in order to provide support or address problems. I did not rent from here initially, at the last minute, my pickup was scheduled here. From this location's perspective, it looked like a last minute rental even though I reserved more than a week in advance. Consequently, I did not have the additional supplies I rented and there was no one there to accommodate. Additionally, I had reserved a storage unit when in truth, there was no storage unit available. The manager there said that the UHaul website allows clients to reserve even without availability and then it is on the site manager to notify the client of the lack of units with as little as 5 days notice. The last-minute switch of pickup site (I had chosen the one I did for a specific reason), the lack of support at that site, and the storage unit problem will likely make me rethink my use of UHaul in the future.Ronald David S.

I'm not ok with the fuel charges I put $30 of gas in the truck before I took it back and it was charged to the invoice $30 and $42. I don't feel I owe this nor do I wish to pay it!!Sidney B.
1) Uhaul site stated this location was opened at 0900 on date of pick up. I arrived 10 min prior only to find office empty and doors locked. After calling the number to contact someone, I was advised the location was supposedly closed on Saturdays 2) I wasted 30 min trying to contact someone even going to different locations to straighten out the issue. During which time I was called by the original pick up location to tell me to check in on line only to fine that the original quoted rate had nearly tripled upon log in. Finally, another gentleman called and went out of his way to assist me. Today, 3 days later, I recieve my receipt of the contract which states that the vehicle was returned with between 1/8 and 1/4 tank of gas. However, I took a pic of the gas reading when I dropped the vehicle off which clearly shows that the vehicle has roughly 3/8 a tank. Being prior military and having to use UHaul on NUMEROUS occasions for DITY Moves, this was by far the absolute WORSE experience that I have EVER encountered. Seriously do believe that in the future event of needing a moving truck or equipment, I will NOT be using UHaul and certainly NOT Port City Diesel Repair & Storage. In fact, I will advise everyone to stay away from this location. They even had a tractor trailer driver there that said he had an appointment on the same morning yet noone was there to meet with him.Tony G.

I was charged for fuel I didn't use and miles I didn't drive. Essentially charging me twice for the original quoted amount. It's been 2 days now and they can't seem to figure out how to refund my money or get things right. So frustrated!!! Call me immediately to resolve this!Devin R.
