Harry MJerry is amazing! He's pleasant, patient, courteous, and extremely helpful. I rented a storage unit at Porterville Storage and he made UHaul reservations for me at the same time. When we completed the tiring trip, he handled the check in of the truck. He took a stressful moving experience and made it a piece of cake!
Jane GPerson was at lunch. Sign says back at 2pm but it was more like 2:25pm before he came back. So waited about a 1/2 hour to return. I didn't feel safe just dropping the trailer off and leaving. I have had better luck in the past with the location on Olive Ave.

Joe VMore signs saying that it is a U-haul location would be helpful. I couldn't see any. I knew I was in the right place only because google maps said so, but I wasn't certain until I went inside and asked. It is primarily a storage facility with nothing about U-haul. But everyone was super cheerful and helpful inside.

Drew DFalsely reported the amount of fuel that was left in truck, charged me nearly 7$ a gallon for gas. I have pictures showing how much fuel the truck had when I picked it up and that I left it with the same amount

Mary HI was treated great by everyone here! I was first greeted by Marie, who went WAY beyond anything I would have expected from ANY type of business or employee!!! She understood and listened to my situation and my needs and, because she knows her job so we’ll, she was extremely helpful and very efficient at making everything go smoothly. It was a joy to do business with these folks! I can’t remember ever being treated better by any establishment! Marie, and another employee named Patti, went out of their way to make me feel like I, and my business, are important! I am now a huge fan! I’ll never go anywhere else. David
David TDon’t bother wasting your time checking in online because at this location the kid deleted my profile and had to enter everything on her not just once but twice. Then I needed to call the main U-Haul number to have him assisted with checking me out. At the checkout process to get this vehicle was over one hour and 20 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. The U-Haul agent was confused and was not familiar with the process in anyway. It was a very frustrating process that delayed my trip.
