Kid was awesome. Don’t change a thing
Brad MThis location was the next closest for a tow dolly. The fist location a Citgo had one but after 40min of waiting I could NOT get it because he was having IPad trouble with the dolly ID number. He had an award for 5 year excellent UHaul costumer service, this rental experience was not good at all.
Ross HThe staff was extremely incapable of assisting and had to call another manager for everything. The staff member first tried to charge me more for my rental and would have done so if I didnt have documentation t confirm my rate. He was asserting I was wrong in the price and wanted to charge me an extra 3-400 which is absolutely ridiculous! I had spoken to someone a day prior regarding pickup, charges, etc... and the person on the shift had absolutely no idea what was going on. It's their responsibility to transfer information and make appropriate notes.

Only thing which is of no fault of the store I rented the uhaul at is that I went to 2 stores prior that said they had 10ft trucks available but once there they either did not or claimed to all be reserved. Again store I actually rent from though was accurate and perfect. Thanks
David JAfter only a couple days into the rental, I went through a horrible personal tragedy and had to return the U-Haul. Not only was Ian (at the College Ave location) very kind and helpful but U-Haul was extremely generous with the financial part of the rental. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me.

Damany CThe check in process took 45 minutes and we were not given extra time on the rental. The check in is not clear that you have to enter 3 different referral names if you have an out of state license, as the screen is for one name. This is very confusing and I recommend correcting that.

Alexandra SUpon returning the truck since I only reserved it for one day and one way when I attempted to return the truck the person said: this is not in my computer and simply insisted on my calling the 800 number and I had to get involved with the delivery location having an incorrect computer information the staff was not professional and the location was not presentable I would never recommend this again
