The staff onsite really does not know how to handle the uhaul department, they had to call someone and that took a little extra time.

Charles KeithThis is a gas station/country store, and the clerk simply did not know what to do. She had to call her manager. Then there was NO jack or any anything else to help lift up the tongue which was very heavy. My wife and I together could not lift it (for medical reasons). There was no help nor offer of help from staff. After we had the 6x12 trailer loaded, it started to rain and even though the trailer was clean, it was not well maintained because it leaked from the very top.
Steven MurrellYou should have paid me. No one at location who knew how to rent equipment, no one to help attach trailer, had to go get my jack, 40 minute wait on phone for customer service. Customer service advised a different location for pick up, turned out to be the same place with a different name, wasted 2 hours of my time. This was my 3rd uhaul rental in a month. Dealers need to abide by contracts with you!!
Bryan MayerLady working had no idea how to process a reservation,no computer,only a number to call for someone else to process over the phone,and no one answering that number! Actual piece of equipment looked like it came over on the mayflower,old rusted out,should have been taken out of service years ago,and their website talks down on customers vehicles as being too old to pull their equipment,pot calling the kettle black,my vehicle is ten times in better shape than the rusted out auto transport i was forced to use,due to being transferred to three different locations,i have filed a complaint with corporate,lets see if they handle things better than their district managers do!
