Sandra LittleGentleman at pick up was very nice but he was not knowledgeable in the process of everything being completed online prior to pick up therefore we were not able to "skip line" and pick up keys which delayed us by atleast 30 mins. Not to mention we could not add or upload new pictures of the truck and odometer upon pick up which made it appear as though we were picking up a U-Haul with some type of trailer attached which was not the case. Having someone with knowledge would've been helpful upon pick up. To make matters worse we picked up the U-Haul with under half tank but were told upon return it must be on 7/8 tank "same condition as when picked up" which was also not the case. We know gas prices are through the roof right now but we ended up having to put $97 in the U-Haul to return and drove a total of 44 miles. Ridiculous when we know there wasn't 7/8 tank upon pick just like we knew there was not a trailer attached. At drop off CJ was very nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately as he said, pick up process changed the trajectory of drop off process which was out of his control. Needless to say, next time (if there's a next time) we will skip the online process and complete everything in house because we feel certain the info on our reservation was the prior renters and not ours.

Frank RobertsTHIS COMMENT IS NOT ABOUT THE PLACE AND THE PERSON WHO VERY FRIENDLY ATTENDED ME IN THEIR BUSINESS, WHERE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK, IT IS ABOUT THE LOGISTICS AND THE HORRIBLE AND NO COVERAGE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY U-HAUL It is the worst truck rental service , they are not reliable, they ruined what one of the happiest of my family is going to go to his new home, I made the reservation with enough days in advance and set up the pick up via mobile at 6:00 pm in the same place where I have a self-storage resulting that U- HAUL made the decision to relocate the van just 1 hour and 30 minutes from where I live, not happy with that so they took the liberty of changing the collection mode and I was not going to be done by mobile but directly at the counter, thus making it impossible to pick it up after 6:00 pm. I call customer service and the only solution they give me is to change my reservation the next day at 9:00 am in the same place at 1 hour and 30 minutes. Now I ask who is responsible for the emotional damage they caused to me and my family. who is responsible for the lost time ??? Who is responsible for with only 3 and a half hours they warned me of the schedule change and ruined our moving day? Who is responsible ???? Who is responsible for the excessive payment that I had to make in gasoline for both the truck and my car? everything happens the same day that should be my move

Donnie ShirleyEverything with the location was fine, but the U-Haul app does not work. I took me an hour to figure out how to return the equipment electronically. I was on hold for customer service for almost 30 minutes and never spoke to anyone. I eventually figured out how to do the return with a browser instead of the app. INFURIATING!!!!!

Alexis SorrowThe location I signed up to return my truck at on the website does not exist. It was a vacant building that hasn't been occupied by the company listed on the website. I came here instead (driving further and adding more miles that I had the joy of paying for) and after using the mobile return and placing the keys in the drop box as directed by the website/mobile return I'm being charged an extra day rental fee. I returned the truck at 2:20pm on Saturday and the reservation was until 7:30am Sunday. I can only assume that the mobile return did not go through (I was in an area with poor signal) and this location did not check the drop box until Sunday night and now I'm supposed to pay an additional 40% charge! That's ridiculous. There is no reason that I should be paying the additional fee. And will be disputing this charge eith UHAUL and my credit card company. I expect and answer from UHAUL explaining why I'm being charged an additional day when I returned the truck 17 hours before it was required to be returned.
Robert TuckerThe lady that was there was not friendly and just wanted to go home. I tried to make friendly conversation and she just ignored me. After printing out my paperwork she told me the trailer number and told me to go get it myself and that it shouldn’t be that hard to do by myself. So I drove all the way to the back of the lot, backed up to the trailer, lifted and hooked up the trailer, checked the lights and had to get in and out of my vehicle to walk around multiple times to check the hazards and signals. I then left. When I came back to return the trailer, I walked into the office and she told me just to put it back where I got it. So I than unloaded the trailer by myself. Aweful customer service. The office was full of junk, dirty, and smelled of chemicals. I have used uhaul many times, as well as the company that I work for. I actually used uhaul to move down here to Georgia with my company and haven’t had such a bad experience.
Matthew DrinkwaterEverything was just fine. No problems, no worries, no concerns. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend them. Was in and out very quickly, and didn't waste no time at all. Thw price was very reasonable considering it was the biggest uhaul they had, but it was not badly priced. Thanks so much for the experience and I will definitely be looking forward to doing business with you all again. Stephanie Phillip's.

I dropped off my uhaul and keys before hours and when I went to the website I could not locate my order to start a return. I had to call the location later and explain the issue.
