the original truck i ordered was not available at the location and time I needed it. the app and website was not working, so i couldn’t pick up the truck. i had to go to a different location 5 miles out of my way to get a bigger truck that i didn’t need, which caused delays and higher fuel costs because of the location and the huge truck. I was tlod i was going to get a discount but I haven’t seen it yet. made for a very stressful morning.

I will never use this location or recommend it. It was complicated and stressful to try and pick up my U-Haul thru the mobile process while the store was closed and the equipment I rented was not in the truck as it was supposed to be. I had to waste more time on my moving day to drive to a separate U-Haul location and pick up my equipment. AWFUL!!!

I arrived an hour past closing time and the closing person come out tracked me down in the parking lot to help me. PONY EXPRESS will have my business going forward. I will need to rent an upcoming UHaul truck next month for my elderly father and will go to PONY EXPRESS to get it. They are the perfect location, low priced Union 76 gas station with semi/truck lanes is a stones throw and well run Public Storage is across the main road. Anyone in this area need an all-in-one hub for shipping, mail services, UHaul and storage, look no further, PONY EXPRESS is it.

The back of the truck was not swept out from the previous person but I did make sure to do it since it is a requirement. There wasn’t much in there but a few small trash items and some debris

The instructions on returning the padlock are confusing

The man who assisted me was very anxious about the time I came to pick up and drop off the rental. I reserved it for 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM he called me 3 times (I wasn't near the phone) to see if I was coming to pick it up, even though I had already given a card to hold the reservation. I reserved the van for two days, and I was supposed to drop it off by 11:55 AM on Saturday. I was driving back at 10:00 AM, and again, he is calling me while I am driving, to check if/when I am bringing back the rental, even though I am two hours early. Not late AT ALL. I was really annoyed. I was in the middle of moving, I was already very stressed and anxious, I didn't need the U-Haul place adding additional stress and anxiety. Especially when I did absolutely nothing to warrant his micro-managing of the situation. NOPE!

Make sure the windshield is clean. And check the shift knob. (Sticking trying to shift). Customer service and convenience are top notch.

This location has been so great with always being courteous, prompt and keeping their trucks and vans clean. I love that the gas tank has been full when we rented even though it’s a small detail. I will be using this location from now on.

Truck was in great shape. Only complaint was it smelled a lot like smoke in the cab : ( Nothing helped to defuse cigarette smell, very annoying, gross & unhealthy.

Pros -This is convenient and there is a gas station next door (expensive) for refueling. Prices are decent and you can rent without too much prior notice. Cons -They use the uhaul App and if it doesn't work on your phone for some reason, you are out of luck. The store does not keep the posted hours, so you cannot get help if they are closed early.

The online mobile check-in process is horrible. It took 45 minutes to get thru to get the vehicle and I still had to call someone to get the code to unlock the lock just to get in the vehicle.

My reservation was supposed to come With an appliance dolly and blankets which I paid for but didn’t. I had to drive 20 min out of my way to another location to get them. It delayed my move and was not happy.
