Emmanuel AStaff are not client responsive. You have to wait 15-20” even when you have a scheduled appointments so they can do other business (wiring money to Haiti apparently). No one walked out to review the truck before or after the usage. They are too busy with their other business (wire money transfers apparently). You are not offered any assistance… even parking the truck in a very dark, remote area without a ground guide assistance. They should pull truck out and park it in those instances so not to be liability on the client, nor the clients safety in a dark area with sketchy people hanging around in the dark. I would NEVER recommend that location. The other location on 9225 FL A1A Alt, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403 is the ONLY location I would recommend in that area.

Gregory LMy concern with booking from a satellite location was the cleanliness of the truck. I was assured the vehicle would be clean. I was given a truck that was so dirty, not with debris, but awful grime all over the steering wheel, arm rest, door handle as well as all controls. It took approximately 20 Disinfectant wipes to clean it so I could comfortably utilize.

It also had a warning light on about the air bag and the gas gauage said full o the app when it was only 7/8's at best but I couldn't do anything as the girl giving me the keys was worthless and only some clerk at some cellphone store. Not impressed at all

ELIZABETH PI was told to just sign the paper for the gas mileage and condition of the vehicle before being allowed to see anything. They said gas was a little above half and it was a little below half. Thus charging me $10 for two gallons when I returned it! Terrible location. Stupid website. Every time I tried to confirm my reservation the location and time was changed. This website is a joke. Never recommending this company to anyone!

ANGEL ANo drop box for keys even though online prompts said there were… had to wait 40 minutes on hold at the location just to speak to a rep. Who than told me to just leave the keys in the van and leave one door unlocked… which I felt very uncomfortable doing… this should not be happening and I will NEVER use uhaul again.

Michel MThe woman was very nice but they did not have an adaptor for the electrical plug and so I had to leave without the lights and then drive to an auto parts store to get an adaptor.
Pamela B1) Have the recorded starting mileage correct for the vehicle when it leaves the lot. We were charged for 60 miles we did not drive! 2) When we dropped the vehicle off after hours, there was a homeless camp just behind the dumpster next to the parking area. It was very uncomfortable to do virtual drop-off (with all the photos required, etc) while there are drunken men standing nearby or walking by. 3) Conflicting instructions on what to do with the vehicle when we dropped it off.
