Elizabeth HEveryone we dealt with was professional and perfect. We were however extremely disappointed at the lack of maintenance and attention in the vehicle we rented. The drivers tire was so badly worn it was in extreme crash territory and illegal for the road. The bottom side was not visible upon inspection. Owners and operators and staff should spend more time maintaining and inspecting the safety portions of the vehicle. Nothing is more important than brakes and tires. I hope my comments better your services.

Coetzee RThe sales people at the three locations we had to go to in order to even get a vehicle were not professional (in one location absolutely rude) and neither the vehicle we ordered, nor the next size up, was available but we were not told this until 2 days prior. We ended up having to navigate a 26 footer through uptown streets. Vehicle not in great condition. Overall a poor experience

Peter SI booked a 26 foot U-Haul track track at Palmer Brook Rd. Quispamsis New Brunswick when my husband went to go pick up the truck the debit machine was down they would not except cash also he had to go to two different locations to try to get a truck we were unable to get a 26 foot truck we had to get a 20 foot truck and because of that we went over the kilometers also when we picked up the truck it was filthy on the inside I have pictures to prove it and it was not sanitized during COVID poor service you would never recommend this to anybody . Also my husband had to lose two hours of work running around trying to get a U-Haul
matthew mThe customer service I received was awful from the app, the app and website crashed as I was trying to return it, the app and website are confusing and directions on it are very unclear. I won’t be using either of them again.

Martin LI had to drop the truck after hours and was promised this wouldn't be an issue but then I had to wait on hold on my phone in a dark parking lot all by myself for 45 minutes because the on-line check-in process didn't work. I was told it doesn't work with Android phones using Google. Umm..that is a HUGE issue as Google is the most popular browser ON THE PLANET. And there was no previous warning that this would be a problem.
JENNIFER KI worked at a rental company for years and my understanding that 1 day was 24 hours not 18 hours. I rented a truck for a 1 day rental. I picked it up at 3:30 November 5th and returned it November 6th at 4:30 ( slightly over 24 hours or 1 day). I was charged for 2 days because apparently it was supposed to be back by 9 am the next morning. I can put some blame on myself for not seeing this small print on the contract but as a formed rental person myself it is up to the rental desk to explain the terms so they are clear.
TODD SPlease fix your computer system. The only issue was that it took me over an hour to pick up vehicle and over an hour to get my deposit back. Staff were great and very knowledgeable. Would recommend for sure
Kendall Overy friendly staff and very quick to check in. There was a mistake on the odometer reading and it was corrected by the staff without any problem.
Francine LMaybe give the person the contract and return calls back !!!! Hard to close a contract with out one . Until they charge you . I'm really upset over the whole experience. And not to mention over charged . Very poor service

Ronald APicking up our U-Haul was very frustrating. We were able to find the correct U-Haul easily but the sign in process was not simple. The sign in process took very long and required 2 contacts to be called before the directions for the keys were given. I was on hold with U-Haul waiting while our contact people were called. This should have been done before pick up time. The process added another 45 minutes on to our pick up. This was very frustrating way to begin a move.

What i surprise when i got the email/contract statement. i didn't expect to pay this much at all. i mentioned to agent what was my best deal for renting a van for the day and aprox 700km travel. he offered unlimited km for one day at $89. First of all, i clearly mentioned to the agent, i was going to drive over 700km for sure. Never made it clear that it was a max of 200km then i would still be charged for all extra km, but he said that it would adjust the price(fee) after i bring back the van. From the start, i understood that i was paying 19.99$ for the rental, and $89/unlimited km for one day. Quite a surprise when i got the email yesterday with all the extra fees. i want to thank the agent for keeping NOT CLEAR to me that i was still going to be charged for every kilometres i was renting/driving the u-haul van. i am sure this will go his way, that i am the one who MISUNDERSTOOD, however i guarantee, was never made clear to me that i was paying for every kilometres i was renting the van for. Elide RMake sure your trucks are maintained. The power steering was gone, Brakes were very squishy and the oil light was on and smelt of burning oil. The lights inside the back of the truck were hanging and did not work. I reported this info at the location when I dropped it off.
