When I arrived to pick up the rental at 8:30AM, although the store was open at 8 the person who runs the store had not yet shown up for work. Luckily there is another business attached, there was a very nice lady there who told me the man who works at Polished 2 Perfection usually comes in late. She had to call him on the phone, he got her to photocopy my license and gave me the keys to the truck, no paperwork or receipt. I filled out my rental request online and requested a furniture dolly which when I got to my move location I found out it wasn't inside the truck. It took much longer to complete the move and I was required to find additional help. Inside the truck there was a pile of loose tobacco in the cup holder, disgusting and only a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, I had to get gas before I even started. I thought he may offer me a discount for my trouble but he did not such thing. I will never be back to this location to rent, a completely terrible experience overall, would never recommend it.

We went over our km allowance by 0.2km and had 8 cents taken off our $100 deposit. 8 CENTS. I found this to be EXTREMELY chintzy and will likely reconsider other options when we finalize our move next month.

The wipers didn’t work well and I had to make 3 trips in the rain because uHaul customer service is useless. The manager there has been great but UHaul itself is awful! I will never use uHaul again.

Total customer service at its best at this location! I confirmed my booking the day before at a location close to me but UHaul in its usual form updated the booking to the furthest away centre...4 hours from me! The centre I booked at was 30 minutes from me and the truck was still sitting there. :( Not pleased at all with UHaul central booking in Dartmouth Nova Scotia, but Polished to Perfection went above and beyond for me. Great people here and will do their utmost to help you. UHaul central is a pain in the ass as they do this every time I book. A previous booking made was ‘updated’ to a location more than 6hours away front me, and instead of a 26’ truck they wanted to give me two 10’ trucks.....how do I personally drive 2 trucks at the same time with only me driving? Hate to say it, especially with the outstanding service I received from Polished to Perfection location, but after over 65 hirings of UHaul in the past few decades, this weekend was the last for me with them. I won’t hire from them again. Rather spend twice as much going closer.

Nobody who worked there was able to help me with my rental pick up at the scheduled time. The "only" person who could do it had gone out and they didn't know when he would return. I eventually asked them to contact him after waiting 20 minutes and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for him to return. We finally were able to get the rental am hour later than the arranged pick up time. This caused an unnecessary delay in our moving plans.

Worst service I have ever recieved in my entire life!! I was given a truck with a broken door that almost killed my boyfriend, broke an Irreplaceable China cabinet made for my decease grandmother in 96’ and after all of that I returned my truck to Ultimate auto in Quispamsis NB on millineum drive and I was verbally assaulted and had my money and paper thrown at me by a so called “man” Paul. He didn’t allow me to speak he slapped money in my hand dropping change on the floor in front of me, I told him my property was damaged and he replies with that’s not my fucking problem!!? Never will I ever return. Or recommend that was not deserved at all, this was all recorded on call as I was speaking to a uhaul rep on the 1800 as he was processing the return without my consent, she heard him swear at me. Very disappointed in the way I was treated especially being a woman

My complaints are well documented on my file with Uhaul.. Truck ordered and confirmed was not the correct one ordered and was not at the location requested.. Major inconvenience to go to alternate location as time frame was short. Their offer to rent a 15 foot truck instead of the 10 foot one requested at the lower rate was acceptable, but if they could have arranged to have the requested truck at requested location, my experience would have been much more convenient for me. I have since heard of several experiences where the customer had to drive well out of their way to pick up a vehicle that was not at the location that they had requested.and received confirmation for. Ground logistics for the customer on Uhaul's part sucks.

The van was in great shape and the store was really good. I was expecting a $20 charge plus gas because I was never informed of charges for mileage. My bill was $80. Not happy.

Very frustrated with the return of the trailer. Store opened at 8. (Store front was open with no one in attendance). I had an appt at 9 am back in my town. I have no experience backing up a trailer so I couldn't go home with it. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to settled up my account. No once came. Stafff from another section called the person and he asked them to unhook my trailer for me (after I asked because I had to go). I have still not seen the person.

Third time we've been reassigned to another truck. Asked for a 20' truck and got a 26' with only days to the pick up date. Did not need a truck that size. A truck that size requires more gas which was unnecessary for our needs. The truck roof leaked a significant amount of water on our sofa and mattress/box spring. I booked this truck March 30 for April 25. When I picked up my 26' truck, there was a 20' truck that was right beside it. From what I understood from the representative, the 20' truck was booked after mine. Is this out of convenience for you guys and not your customers? I've never complained until now and I must say I'm very disappointed. I can't imagine renting through U-Haul again if I don't receive any sort of reimbursement. Poor experience.

I told the person over the phone that I need a trailer for my atv, which is 5'wide by 10' long so they recommended a 6×12. Should have been plenty of room. What they forgot to mention is that the ramp is only 57" wide and that my atv wouldn't fit. I drove home 45 mins and went to load the bike on and 3 inches too wide. I am completly unsatisfied with my trailer rental amd would not recommend it for anyone else.

I booked the vehicle the day before online but still took about 15 minutes on location to finalize...no problem. The vehicle was not warmed up or brought around front like many other companies, the sign was still in the window which I removed and I could not locate the scraper...again not really a problem...after all it's only $19.95 per right? wrong. I believe the cost was just under $67.00 not counting the $15.00 I put in for fuel as I only had it for an hour and a half. So $82.00 is what is cost to use your van for less than 2 hours...just seemed a little steep to me. The location was fine with lots of room and the facility was clean...I would recommend the location but not the u Haul company unless I explained that the charges, fees etc could be much more than what you might expect....thanks.

I was given the wrong location to pick up the truck and on top of that, I was told I could get it a day early because they were closed on Saturday, but then Saturday morning they called me to ask where the truck was. Very confusing.

was supposed to pick up at another location 1795 Main st. Moncton , it was confirmed the night before. After spending $30.00 for a cab to get there and waiting 45minutes for service they told me they didn't have the truck I reserved 2 months earlier. I spent at least 1 1/2 hrs to finally get a truck that still wasn't what I ordered at a different location. I will probably be going back to Budget truck rentals for my future business, which is approximately once a month. Truck was disgustingly dirty and sticky on the inside .

when i call for the reservation i call a number for uhaul on main st in moncton but i got transfered to another number and the lady that answered was very friendly she gave me a reservation for a tow dolly to be pick up on main st moncton when i got there it was not there i was suppose to pickup it was on millinium blvd. the service was perfect but send me to the wrong place.

I dropped off the truck on Sunday. Their was no one their and I had no Idea where the office was. Their was a dropp off box on the side of the building and a fairly large yard with trucks in it. No idea where to drop off the truck or signes indicating anything. I had to go down the road a few times because it is not well advertised. Basically it looks like a large empty lot with a wair house in the middle of it. Nobody to help out and no large UHaul sign.
