The U-haul I rented was unsafe to be on the road. The steering was all over the road but I had no choice but to use it.

Location was changed at the last minute so I had to drive farther away to pick up the van. The U-haul app was ridiculous to use trying to check-in and took a very long time. The app also wouldn't let me complete the return and then I was threatened with a $20 fee for not performing the return. And I was charged for gas when I returned the truck FULL of gas with the needle ABOVE the full line, just like it was when I picked it up. Also, the location seems to be an abandoned gas station and when Customer Service told me to contact them during business hours, the listed hours were "CLOSED" 7 days a week. Worst U-haul experience I have ever had!

Hello I was told I would be refunded. The appliance dolly was not available, and I didnt end up being able to move the heavy object I had taken the uhaul for (because there was no dolly to help). When will I recieve this refund? Mikayla Messer

I was charged for a dolly that was not included, and also had significant check-in issues with the App and could not get in touch with anyone to help. Not happy!

When my fiancé went to get the truck using 24:7 truck share specifically to avoid interaction, someone from the location stepped in to “help” and tried to charge us $100 for our already booked vehicle. What was supposed to be an 8:30 am pick up ended up being a 10am pick up. Then, while driving, we noticed how badly the windows were fogging. I turned the dial to defrost the windows and the knob fell off. So we were then forced to drive through a thunderstorm with foggy windows that we had to clear ourselves every few minutes. This was truly one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We will never be moving with your services again.

I was charge a $30.00 CDW fee, when I asked about it I was told it's because I reserved online. Will not come back as charging me $30.00 to fill out all the paperwork before I arrived should NOT be an extra charge and is definitely not worth it.

The owner was very helpful but Uhaul as a company was very frustrating because the app SUCKS !!! I tried to do the self check out and it wasnt easy and very frustrating and then when I called the main number I was told because I already left the drop off I would be charged $20 more This is WRONG !!! Thanks to the owner he didnt do that as a Company UHAUL YOU NEED TO CORRECT THAT and get rid of the $20 FINE

The heater in the van would not turn off despite manipulating all of the knobs. Made the drive very uncomfortable to be driving in 85 degree weather with the heat blasting
