Met us outside when we pulled up. Sh wasn't expecting us due to a mix up in the dispatch system, but showed get skill and patience explaining and correcting the turn-in. Couldn't have been happier with her assistance. I'll rent U-Haul from them first when renting in MO!

Flat tire. The tires in inside rear were Ridiculously WORN. Flat in downtown St Louis that supposedly would take 30 to get help took multiple hours. In middle of night. Jeopardized safety for not spending money to change two completely worthless tires. Unreal

The absolute worst experience with UHaul. Unless they make it right we will never use them again. Their app is not at all user friendly. It took 3 trips to our pick up location to get our truck by the time we got it it was midnight. Our helper had to leave and couldn't help us move. They request an alternate contact and they need to call that number to verify no matter what time of day or night so they tried to call my 84 year old mother in law who just got out of the hospital after being on a ventilator suffering from covid 19 and almost dying. The after hours self return was a nightmare. The app wouldn't let us check the truck in and when we called the number for assistance they put us on a 59 minute hold,another hold time for assistance was 38min. I called customer service sobbing it was such a fiasco and so stressful. I also called the district or regional manager I'm not sure of his title twice and he never returned the call the dealer where we picked the truck up asked him to call me and he still didn't and a customer service agent said he would call me and he hasn't as of yet. To add insult to injury we were charged for the full time even tho we were delayed in getting our truck due to their app. and the return was never completed due to their poor app.

I was surprised to find such a great U-Haul rental location so close to my new residence. The owner of Pockys Pickins was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and will be sending personal referrals, too. Great equipment. Great customer care!

When we rented the trailer from Kansas I was told it was a certain price. The price that it was online. Well when we dropped it off I was charged and extra $120!! I was told this was because I dropped it off at this location and not the one that was over an hour away. Talk about feeling like you've been ripped off!! I will NEVER use U-Haul again. So don't believe the price you see online or what they tell you in the pick up locations.

I had never rented a U-haul before. Terri & Erik were very helpful & made the whole process very easy and understandable, which gave me great peace of mind. They are wonderful folks & I would send any one who needs to rent a trailer their way.
