I ordered a 10’ box truck and the reservation was changed to a 15’ without informing me. So i had no choice at pick- up. And the location told me that two 10’s would be a available at that location on the day i was scheduled for when I reserved it. Very poor!!!!!

Pocasset Auto Service went above and beyond on the most difficult weekend to find a truck. I was a walk in which made it harder. They did it!!!! Thank you ,thank you!!!

The whole experience was a problem, first I chose a different place to pick up the truck because of the reviews about this place. When I showed up I was told I had to go to the place I didn’t want to go to. After filling out all the paperwork I was led to the truck and given the keys by the agent. When I got to my mother’s so 10 miles away I realized that this truck wasn’t the same one on the contract. When I called he wanted me to go back to change trucks. I told him that was impossible so he switched trucks remotely The next day when I returned the truck to Old Saybrook I was told that I was supposed to return it to Groton which is about 30 miles away even though the original contract said Old Saybrook. The truck was great, I can see why they get very poor reviews. The lady in Old Saybrook was very nice and helpful

location not open upon dropping trailer off. u-haul /smart phone app did not work. spent the better part of 2.5 hours on the phone on hold waiting for a representative that could help me. this was unacceptable and poor customer service.

It's hard to tell that this dingy little gas station is where you drop the truck...I thought I was in the wrong place and almost turned around to go to the self storage place with Uhaul truck on the lot up the street. It seemed they're not really into the Uhaul thing, or maybe it was just a bad day.

It was raining and the driveway was flooded -- I had to walk through standing water over 6" deep. They were closed when I dropped off the truck, so no interaction with personnel. I would only recommend due to its proximity to the Woods Hole ferry.

I had to wait about 45 min to get the truck, which was fustrating. the owner was very nice though and I was able to fill the gas tank right there on my return trip.

my overall experience was quite bad. I needed the truck earlier than opening so I opted to pick up online. The website did not recognize the GPS location total disaster. Spent one hour and fourty five minutes with uhaul telephone support to resolve. Very bad experience

There is no one there disorganized parking was charged for 2 dollys we didnt use bc they werent there!!
