Whatever this self checkout process was.. it was HORRIBLE. We wasted over an hour trying to get the truck and it would've been so much better to just go to the regular U-Haul location near this one. The person at the location didn't know how to help us at all and called U-Haul.. which again was not a helpful transaction. I finally got a call from another U-Haul person, Stephanie, and she was more helpful. The process of having it call another person to verify your identity is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not only did it take forever, it is so inconvenient for someone who is trying to divide and conquer the actual stressful part of moving.

The lock pad was extremely hard to work with. We had to wait 2 hours until we could actually drive away with the uhaul .
