I did not enjoy the online pick up and return. I feel like I should have been paid to do that. There were quite a few (necessary) steps. I’m not sure I would do that again unless it saved significant money.

When I mentioned that the truck was muddy when I picked it up the girl who was checking me out didn't even look up and said uh-huh. No apology. Poor customer service.

This place was the complete opposite from the G.R. location. These employees were friendly and very helpful. The only reason I would not recommend is because of my experience at G.R.

I will try and find a way to avoid using UHaul in the future. I ordered a 17 foot truck with a ramp and they had a 26 foot that was way too big and I had no place to park it. I had to settle for a 10 foot because they were also out of the 14 foot. the 10 foot did not have a ramp and I was making this move on my own and the smaller truck made it twice as much work and trips.

Good evening, I trust that U-Haul isn't being dishonest but I'm disputing the $8 charge for fuel. Upon returning from Whitmore Lake I found my odometer to still be at full. Not sure if faulty but I nonetheless went to the pumps to top off, and I have receipt to verify. Again, not accusing U-Haul of being dishonest but it very much seems to be the case that I'm getting nickle and dimed because the odometer never read anything less than full. Please answer to this discrepancy, thank you. will.blackerby@gmail.com

I was greeted rudely! The information that I completed on line was not available to her in the computer and had to be repeated. The van smelled and was dirty! The gas tank was supposed to be full but was really not! I rented it for 3.5 days but received a text that it was due back inthe am not pm. The return I did on line could not find my location even though I was in the U-haul building and wanted to charge me an extra $20 for after hours. I arrived at 657 pm but no one was at the counter that was to be open until 7 pm!!!! I am not happy this is not how business should be conducted. I deserve better!!

Truck shook and bounced pretty noticeably when driving, like tire balance is bad or something. Would not want to make a long move in this vehicle.

Vehicle fuel level was wrong. Vehicle leaked fluid inside all over my shoes. App doesn’t work when checking in truck

Everyone at the location was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Ran into an issue during after hours pickup. Online I was told the code was an alphabetical four-letter code but the lock box in the truck had a numeric locking mechanism. I was on hold with support for a good 15 minutes but once the rep got to me she was outstanding. She worked quickly and effectively and seemed genuinely excited to help me. She definitely made up for the slight inconvenience. Her name was Jazzy or Jasmine or something like that.

The dolly had no way of being latched, but was loose in the back

There is no outside sign for U-haul. It took us a couple tries to find it. It's especially hard to find at night. The gas station was closed and the darkness made it harder to find the location.

The truck was in terrible condition - dangerous tendency to accelerate when trying to brake; I had to turn off the ignition to avoid a collision. The location was doing u-haul as an added service, in addition to coffee and dry cleaning. Not a confidence building experience.
