Rude on the phone. Unorganized, my truck had a lock on it. They made me late and had the audacity to charge me for them being behind. I will tell EVERY NOT TO GO THERE. who you hire matters. Do a better job.Taylor M.

Manager was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help get me going when the first place where I reserved was closed, even though the UHaul site said it would be open and allowed me to reserve. Equipment was mechanically sound but full of leaves and a bag of trash inside, a problem from the prior customer and I don't fault the manager since he may well have checked the cleanliness had he had more time to prepare.Darrin M.

He was charging every body a late fee even when they wasn't late he told me I 24 hours but I told him I only need it for 3 or 4 hours borg it back in 3 hours he said o u got a fee what's that about I will never go there againCLARENCE C.

Everything was great. I suggest that larger signs would prevent some people like myself from getting lost. It was not obvious to me that I was right in front of the Uhaul branch until I went back and forth a few times.Alan E.

Next time a customer is late returning a uhaul you guys should not take that out on the customer who was waiting. I scheduled a appointment at 4:30pm get there at 4:25pm I had to wait because someone wasn't back. I had to wait 30 plus extra minutes thats bad business into of me paying people by the hour to help me move don't schedule people that way or a advance courteous call will be awesome. I schedule it for 4 hours so I should of returned it at 8:30pm, I was told there will be a 20$ fee after hours ok whatever which shouldn't applied to someone who had to wait for a truck. Get in the truck truck is on E that so unconsidered for me now I have to put extra miles going the gas station which should of been the last thing I did upon returning like no one cared or I was told that's UHAUL POLICY. That's not a cool policy when customers should be satisfied. I wasn't at all and I will never rent with you guys again. Thanks thumbs down! The worker was nice but all this it's out of my hands was not a good answer.Takoya S.

JR was extremely helpful and it was quite easy to drop off the truck. He informed me of the insurance benefits since the truck we got was damaged and leaked a lot of water into the truck when we drove through rain storms.Denise L.

To be honest, the fact that DJ treated me as I were a long lost buddy, when I walked in was comforting on a stressful day. Everything truly was outstanding! Last time I rented a 20' truck and car carrier, from E Ridge for a cross country move, the truck was down 2.5 qts of oil and 5 tires needed air. 🤣 Clifford and Joseph has a hidden gem of a UHaul location. The system needs updating the location was closed but the owner was willing to go out of his way to bring me keys on his off hours. The system should have sent me a 3 digit access code so the keys could have been retrieved but instead sent me a counter code. other then that it was fairly easy.Jonathan D.
