Everything is good but please add gas for customers. Don't leave the car empty gas.

The QR code login is beyond terrible. The location was closed, and I had to do a pick up using the app and QR code. It took forever to connect. I had to call the customer service number, and the on site service representative to assist me with logging in to get the truck. This was after she was off work for the day, but she was nice enough to leave her number so I could call and text her for help. It was 100 plus degrees outside, and the area was very sketchy with me standing there for at least 15 minutes trying to get the app and code to connect. Very frustrating to say the least. The only reason I say I would recommend this location is because of the nice representative that assisted me. I am also frustrated that I couldn't rent the truck for only one to two days. I got charged for 5 days, even though I only used it for one day.

The young lady that works behind the desk at this U-Haul facility is friendly, confident, professional, kind, and compassionate. I would love to have someone like that working with me, her attitude, everything about her outstanding.

Before allowing a truck to be reserved do your due diligence and make sure that it is in proper working order. This was a catalyst to one of the most inconvenient travel/moving U-Haul experiences in my life and I move almost every 3-5 years. I will never use U-Haul again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Young woman that runs the operation from top to bottom including renting the paperwork dealing with the customers and cleaning even the windows I want to say it was Isabella but I'm not sure she was fantastic she is the reason why this experience was so good she does from top to to the bottom including the rental of the truck making sure that all the information is correct she cleans the vehicles make sure that they're clean inside and out hell it won't surprise me if she didn't change the damn oil in the trucks when it needed it and like I said I want to say her name was Isabella but I can't be for sure she was a fantastic young lady and she ran that office as well as the yard as well as it was it still the yard whoever hired her should no they did a fantastic job in picking this young lady James Caesar Las Vegas Nevada

The online process took a long time in an area that was very sketchy. Not enough lighting during late after hours pick up.
