It was dark as hell on the lot! If I want from the area, I would've been scared. The trailers are dropped off behind an abandoned motel, it's pitch black back there and in my opinion, the trailers are facing the wrong way! The trailer tongues are all facing the motel rooms, when there's a big grassy area behind them to just circle and back in. Like I said, it was kind of spooky.
HOWARD DLocation is behind a new construction so alittl hard to find. But turn in went well.
William NThe location was GREAT. The main office who made the reservation did a TERRIBLE job, information was all wrong & was given to them several times. They got things so mixed up, felt I was lucky to just get the trailer with the help of the locate operator of U-Haul. The local operator of U-Haul did a wonderful job & was very accommodating.

SEAN OThe truck looked good from the outside but the truck was the worst ride I’ve ever experienced. It needed to have an alignment and a tuneup. If I was to drive the speed limit the truck would shake real bad and didn’t shift gears like it’s supposed to. I couldn’t go over 60mph. Making the short trip the longs short trip ever. They didn’t even care about my complaints when I turned the truck in. Worst rental ever. They did credit me$1.99 really but ok.

Bruce RA warning. The place itself is a junkyard! Seriously! I've been to U-Haul before some are in mechanic shops, hotels, or there very own U-Haul stores (those are the best!) But the one in Belleville was literally a dump. Think Fred Sanford with an odor.

duane vI was terrified over half of the trip to my destination that the truck was not going to make the trip! I’m a single parent and I had my son with me. I called the location and was told “I don’t know what to tell you, I’m not a mechanic and I don’t have a garage.”

Cindy CThe guy was clueless and I will never rent another uhaul from that location. I was in there for over a hour and half. I had pre-register and paid for the rental and still had to spend entirely to much time waiting for him to figure out what to do. Then he hooked up the trailer completely wrong.
Thane BDon’t try to get your customers to sign a paper disclosing no insurance and tell them you’ll add insurance on later. Don’t charge the customer extra miles when it’s not the customer’s fault that they had to drive and hour out of the way because you didn’t have a truck in the closest uhaul location (ace hardware - Beloit,Ks)
Elijah TPaul Hernandez has provided the best experience we have ever had with borrowing trucks and or trailers from uhaul. He is very informational and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and conversational. I would recommend going to Paul over any other location I've been to.

James MBe prepared. I dud express checking and he hadn’t even checked his computer so i had to wait. Then he tried to charge me again. Have snow cleared to get to U-Haul. They broke my tail light connector by forcing the chain past it instead of removing the connector from the bar first. So lights didn’t work and I could only drive during the day. Rental place was full of smoke and I couldn’t breathe.

TIFFANY H | Overall ExperienceHad to be changed from preferred pickup location to this. Uhaul just automatically picks the next closest location I think. Would have preferred to choose alternate myself as another location (Clay Center) was closer to me than Belleville.

molly rI was a little disappointed that I had to drive an extra 30 miles further than where I was supposed to pick up my truck. It would be nice if you could call your customers and ask them if they’re ok with the location change before just assuming it’s fine. Other than that the man I got the truck from was very friendly and helpful.

jUSTIN TOur experience was great. The trailers were in great condition and the dealer was very nice to work with and went out of his way to make it convenient for us. If we ever need to rent a trailer again we'll definitely try this location first.
Jim GAlthough I rented the 10 foot box truck and was completely satisfied, I didn't even need that big a truck. A cargo van would have been closer to the size I needed for the few items I was moving. Thanks.

VICTOR MIt may be a minor thing but the straps used to tie down the vehicle being hauled were so covered in mud that I had issues getting the rachet straps to release. Other than that it was fine.
