The parking location was surprising. There was minimal signage, and so it felt like I was I the wrong place until I drove up the road a bit to find the vehicles. The only way to get the truck out of its location was to accelerate up a sizable curb, as they were in a tree lawn surrounded by sidewalk with no ramp. Additionally, the apps UI made it difficult to flow through the virtual process and was failing to register my location. I'd recommend using the web browser version, such as through chrome, instead as this worked much better. On a positive note, the truck was well maintained and clean, and even had a backup camera which was useful.

Let the customer know that they have to go to the office of apartment complex to get checked in. Have someone available who knows how to check the customer in.

THE WHOLE RETURN “EXPERIENCE” TOTALLY SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pickup representative was above and beyond helpful with the rental, and the only issue with the truck was that you would need to be 6’6” tall to be able to step up into the truck, unfortunately I’m only 5’5”!!! The trucks I had rented in the past had a step below the door frame to assist in stepping up into the truck, this one did not. As for the return, you charged me for 4 miles over that I drove just trying to find the ghetto dump where you wanted me to return the truck!!! (I don’t understand how I was even over since the lady who initially made my reservation told me she was giving me extra miles because of the location where I had to pickup the truck!!!). There are numerous U-haul facilities in the return area, and yet you chose this one to send me to!!! The street address you sent me to is an apartment building on a street with nowhere to park a truck, and NOTHING U-haul related!!! A person hanging out on the street nearby told me that sometimes there were U-haul trucks parked behind the complex in the far corner of the parking lot, nowhere near the address I was sent to!!! So I kept driving and finally happened across the U-haul “facility”!!! It consisted of a U-haul sign laying on the ground and unreadable, and a jacked up nonsecure dropbox hanging on a post. The box was partially pulled apart to where anyone could reach in and remove anything that was in it!!! All the grass areas around the parking spaces and dropbox had piles of dogshit where evidently everyone in the neighborhood walked their dogs to where you had to watch to avoid the shitpiles when taking the return photos and dropping off the key!!! I’m certainly glad that my daughter and granddaughter weren’t with me while dropping the truck off in this neighborhood and in these conditions! I especially wouldn’t want anyone I cared about to have to go to that location after dark!!! Does anyone with U-haul actually ever check out these “U-haul facilities” that you’re sending customers to, or does just no one there care whatsoever about where they are sending people??????!!!!!!!! Also, btw, one of your people I spoke with on the phone yesterday responded that it would be fine for me to just use Penske the next time I need to rent a truck, so I certainly now know just how important my business is to your company!!!!!!!!!!‼️

The location was not clear. There was no network connection to go through the process in the location. It took more than 45 minutes for me to go through the mobile process.

I also would like to say that talon jolley with customer seevice was very noce and helpful with me on the phone on how to return my key and use your website she is a great empolyee that ypu have with the company out of Georgia. She took her time and explained everything I needed to know very well trained she is a key and a important piece of this company. Thank you talon!!

They didn't check the milage before I left and then said I used way more milage then what I did .

In all fairness we were sent to this location after the truck we reserved/confirmed was not at the 21st street location. Garden apt. wrote down our information and got us on our way but the person who knew all the information was not present. I did not like leaving a hard copy of my credit card number. We did not sign anything or have any paperwork. They did not have pads so we had to drive back to the 21st location. I talked to someone on Wed.to change the size of truck and confirm that the pick up time would be 8:00 a.m. on Sat. On Thurs. and Friday I confirmed the truck, time and location and was told everything was fine. Arial was the last person I talked to and she confirmed everything for me. I had hired movers for 9:30 a.m. I tried to pick up our truck from 21st at 8:30 and was told it was scheduled for pick up at 5:00 p.m. I would not have any confidence that any reservation or confirmation are correct if I had to use U-Haul again.

When i pay for an appliance dolly, it should be operational. The one i was given was only half way useable. And not the half that I needed. So, I essentially paid for nothing. When I inquired about a refund for this unusable equipment, I was told that it worked,so I was out of luck. That's pretty bad customer service,if you ask me. I'll never use this company again

The guy who helped me didn't know how to operate the computer system so we had to wait for someone else to get there to complete the order. I didn't recieve the keys for my truck until 8:30 and was still told I had to return it by 4.

Identify the size of the gas tank. It would aid in the refueling process so trucks are returned with the proper amount.
