This has been the absolute best experience I've had with Uhaul, yet. EVERY other time has been a nightmare. From now on, I'm only using locations that have their own, non-corporate phone numbers. I wish every Uhaul center could take lessons from this one.

Was over charged for gas

Reserved my 26 foot truck in a location close to my home a week and a half early. Received a text message that the truck would not be available in that location but that I needed to drive an additional hour to a different location to pick up the vehicle. Went to the additional location to pick up the vehicle and the vehicle was not there and I was told that it wouldn’t be there until the following day. I called U-Haul And they gave me a location that was an additional hour away. This is the second time this type of experience has happened. Overall I am tired of the U-Haul customer experience and not fulfilling their promises.

Suggestion: include ability to contract for multiple days in one transaction online. I thought I might need for 4 days so had to fill out 4 separate forms. Certainly not a deal breaker but would be appreciated.

Customer service she did not know the destination until I actually made a reservation I feel a customer should have the right to know exactly where to return the truck before making a reservation not after making a reservation

Tell the customer if they fuel the vehicle before returning it to the level on the contract (point to it) it will save them money & it might be beneficial to take a minute to read the fine print.
