Showed up for a 9 am appointment. No one was there. Waited outside in poor weather for 30 minutes. Vehicle was dirty with cigarette ash still in it. Inside smelled of cigarettes. The pick up area was unpaved and muddy.

Getting out of the parking lot was difficult. And the guy we worked with had some computer using problems but he was very nice.
