Better communications about the hours that a customer will need the vehicle. I. E. That when it asks you when the pick-up will be and the number of hours needed, that the calculation for how long you need the vehicle is the TOTAL amount of hours that you will have the vehicle. Within the 24 hour period.

Your system was down so I had to wait over an hour until you figured out how to get me a contract. You made me go online to express as a work around. Wasted a good deal of time. Check properly Gas levels. I was charged with a gas fee because supposedly I didn't put gas before let the truck. I put gas (the recommended gas quantity based on the number of miles I drove). And when I made a call to ask for refund, I was told it is not possible by phone and I had to go directly to the location. This is frustrating.

The service was great. I walked in and received the keys after a brief period of processing. The return was easy as well. Parking for the vehicles was not ideal; although of 4 spaces, one van was essentially parked in 2 spaces. Other than that, good experience.

The front desk manager at this location is great...very kind and helpful. The truck was clean but VERY old. I had to slam the driver side door shut really hard to get it to close & not have the light go on. The truck needs to be replaced. :-(

I reserved a 15 ft truck and thought the bed would be 15 feet but actually only 12 feet. The granny's attic made up the other 3 feet. I was still able to move the 16 ft boards at a diagonal so it worked out.

It was the most pleasant experience even though it was over 30 min drive out of my way. I called the location close by Costco in Issaquah because I needed to pick up a load but there was no vehicles available. I asked to check if there was a van available close by Costco in Issaquah and she said that this was 5 min away. It definitely was quite a drive I didn’t expect and there was no time to spare and look for another location . I was really happy with the service provided and will definitely recommend it

Your app sucks. It took me almost an hour to get through the checkin process. And it was never clearly explained to do some of that ahead of time: neither by the agent through whom I made the reservation, nor the email confirmation I got. I won't go through that process again.

Horrible experience. Poor customer service and overcharged me for fuel. Booking process was a complete nightmare and they didn’t have the appliance dolly I requested for one of my two rentals. I will never rent from UHaul again

This location was good, but they didnt have the appliance dolly I had ordered so we have to use a utility dolly instead. Separate from this system, the call center and scheduling process is horrible. I spent 2 hours setting up two dates for rentals only to have the email confirmation come to me with the wrong date and wrong truck size. Call center was as bad as any I have experienced- mainly the one for the Issaquah Highlands location.

I was disappointed that there was a fuel charge on my final bill. I took the time to put $5 of gas in the vehicle and I only drove it 14 miles. The bill indicated that there was only 3/8 of a tank when it was returned; however, it was nearly 3/4 of a tank when I pulled into the parking spot at the U-haul location. In fact, I took additional time to inform them that the gas tank was between 3/8 and 3/4 when I rented it because they had initially shown it was just barely below 3/4 of a tank.

The van was very dirty and I asked for a broom to sweep it out. It was full of dog hair and dirt. I also took a wet paper towel to the front dash and console. I do not understand how U-Haul stays in business giving people such disgusting, dirty vehicles. Also, I was told the gas gage was full and it was not. I would never rent a vehicle there again.

You charged me for rental 2 equipment - "Dolly cart" when I rented only one cart. I've called to a store manager and she promised to remove the charge. However, I see that it was NOT done, you overcharged me. I will also publish it on Yelp and Google.

Customer service is non existent at this location. No furniture pads per my order and the truck was not available as ordered. Customer service on the phone from the reservation department as well as the crappy receptionist who wouldn’t be pried from sitting at her chair are why I am writing this poor review.

I reserved a 15foot truck but when I arrived I was told it was given away. instead I got a 10 foot truck without a ramp.

This was a shitty experience and I will make sure to pass on the feedback to all my friends and me and my wife's companies' internal email threads. 1) I selected issaquah location which was automatically updated to Sammamish. There was no notice on the UHaul website about this change while making the reservation. I assumed it will be the same location and din't check the email. When I called customer care, I was given a 'I don't give a shit. Take it or leave it' attitude. Since it was last moment and I didn't want to delay the project, I went ahead with the new location. 2) UHaul's website, https://www.uhaul.com/Truck-Rentals/Cargo-Van/ says that this vehicle drives 20mpg. I drove it for 15 miles and was charged for 2.2 gallons. When I called the customer care, and explained this for 30 mins, the customer service representative kept insisting that this information is correct. Contract number - 28867524 Completely illogical and shitty customer care. Because you guys think you have a monopoly in this business. And then you are hoping that I will recommend you to a friend? I could have received help from somebody for $35 but I chose UHaul and decided to do it myself as I thought I can get it done under $25, only to realize later that it costed me $50 because of the above 2 shitty mistakes. Repair vehicle. Mine was showing check engine sign. Reception told me it it fine. Ramp was missing in my truck also.

When I rented a van yesterday, I was told the tank was full so I had no problem trusting it and hit the road, when I found that the gas was actually pointed at about 1/8. I thought about driving it back to the office but it would charge $1.09 per mile so I went ahead did my moving and total miles was under 20. I filled up the tank at the office location (Shell) and it took almost 6 gallons of gas (for 20 miles?) I reported to the office staff and she was just ignoring me totally and started to help other people who came in after me. This is very disappointing and I never expected the staff was simply ignore what I reported. Apparently the tank was not full when it was listed as full tank. I don’t want my holiday mood ruined but this is not a pleasant experience at uhaul.

Very poor experience. After just 2 hours of loading the Uhaul with the hazard lights on I found the battery was dead and would not start. Major setback. Had to call friends to jump. Was disappointed that Uhaul would not compensate for all the trouble of a poor battery.

U-Haul has come a long way in regards to; Newer, reliable vehicles, cleanliness, availability and technology. It’s nice to be able to check out a vehicle using my smart phone. The people at my Sammamish location are very nice and helpful people. U-Haul is, now, once again my “Go-To” company for rental vehicles.

Asked for appliance cart. They just shrugged and said they didn’t have one. Asked them to find one. They did and then sent us to another location. Wrong location. Also did not have appliance cart. We were on time constraint, so went without it. We needed it! Clerk didn’t charge for hand cart, but told us it was only a courtesy....
