This was the worst experience ever. Drove to Lake Havasu city from Phoenix only to find out the truck we RESERVED at motor boat and fuel was already rented out. Apparently they put my truck red under someone else. I had to call and drive 40 miles out of my way to get a truck and another 40 miles back! I will not use U-Haul again. I was told that was the second truck that U-Haul promised someone that day that he didn't have! So upset at your company. I will not be back

Well the 6x12 trailer I drove 35 miles to get( nearest available) had a flat tire , no repair available during the 45 minutes to drive there !!! So had to take a 5x8 inclosed instead. But I got the move done ??

I was charged a $20 late fee, and I was never told that I had to have the trailer back at a specific time, just a specific day. The company had barking dogs that scared me and I waited outside until the woman came and told me they wouldn't bite.

I pre ordered the trailer to be picked up in Blythe Ca. but while in route I received a call that I needed to pick trailer up in Parker AZ. 50 miles north, since I really needed the trailer I had no other choice but to drive out of my way close to 100 miles . The lady in Parker was a vary nice person to deal with. same with person in Hayward when I returned the trailer.
