When placing the order I had picked to do the mobile pick up and when I arrived it would not let me mobile pick up. All of the information they asked for at the desk was the exact information I had given when placing reservation.

Had to return truck by 9am, no one from U-Haul was there. PJM was in a Wyndham hotel, the friendly hotel employee took truck key and said Uhaul employee came in around 10:30. This is not a good return location.

Hard to figure out where to drop it off. Single sign and one single truck in the parking lot.

I was disappointed to get in the truck and find that it had so little fuel that I had to fuel up before I could even load the truck. The left front tire was below the minimum thread required. The truck did ride and handle very well.

The woman who was behind the counter didn't know how to rent the truck and called someone and was giving my personal information to someone

This location was closed when we returned the truck. Could use better signage as it was difficult to find.

There was 2 attack dogs where the uhaul sign was in the window. The manager at the location was rude and wanted an apology because he thought I had an attitude. If I didn't apologize he wasn't going to rent me the truck. If that is the kind of people you want taking care of your business you will see less rentals.
