Mark KI was ripped off stole from charged an extra $30 I attempted to use the mobile app when I dropped the vehicle off early and location was closed. Then went back at 6:00 in the morning and tried to do it again and call the location to let him know and inform him he could check his security cameras as well and he said that I tried to return it from my home which is impossible because I have location settings off on my phone for all websites as I am a defense contractor and I'm not able to do so I have to go in and do each one specifically which is why I had to turn it on when I returned it and it would not work and then I used my wife's phone and tried it again and still would not work at 6:00 a.m. that is why I called but instead of being understanding he said that he lived next door and if that's the case he should have heard me or saw the truck being returned at before the due time and not charge me an extra $30 bad Business bad reputation for U-Haul
Christopher Sseparately, I was lied to when I called to ask how the tolls would work. The representative stated that it would work just as if I had my transponder for my own vehicle. This is a bold-faced LIE. the bill was 5 times higher for tolls than I would have paid using my own transponder. Also, we were told the truck would get approximately 19 miles per gallon and it only got 4 miles per gallon. Huge difference here. We were also charged a fee for "cleaning out debris" which was finally reversed since it was also untrue as we took pictures before we dropped it off. I WILL NEVER USE A UHAUL SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL SHARE THIS SAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WHO CARES TO LISTEN.
robyn SI’ve rented from this guy a few times and he’s always rude and aggravated. Every time I show up he makes me wait until he does a complete full service oil change for his other customers. I’m done with this location! I’ve worked in sales for 30+ years and I highly recommend some customer service training for him.
Tracy DAfter hours return instructions/video from U Haul are VERY difficult to perform on a 3-G smart phone. Even after I checked it all in and the "Thank-You" message appeared from your software confirming the return of the equipment, U Haul still charged me the $20. So, the experience pretty much sucks.

Dustin CTruck was dirty seems to have an exhaust leak. Had trouble with the app trying to return. Call drop off location to verify everything was good was told to call U-Haul as they couldn't find me in the system.
THOMAS DThere was a snow storm the day before and my truck had not been cleaned off. A truck of this size requires a step stool and a large broom to clean off. I had to let it idle for a half an hour before I could chip the ice off to clear the windshield. Someone who takes care of these trucks should have made them accessible to be rented. I had to burn extra fuel and waste my time cleaning a truck off instead of getting to my move. If the menominee quicknlube continues their relationship with uhaul, uhaul should inform them to do their job and make thw trucks ready for a customer.

Austin MSuper disappointed by the $20 charge we got for turning in the vehicle—early, perfectly cleaned, gas tank filled—on Sunday afternoon. Didn't see that tiny print off to the far right of the contract that said we'd be charged $20 for turning it in over a weekend (even though all we did was put the key in the lock box). Planning to leave a review elsewhere. Nickling and diming customers isn't a great way to get repeat business.
Trisha PThis was the second time I was there to rent the same type trailer. Medical emergency had me running around two hrs. Later when han my pick-up time , called to make arrangements and I got the shock of a lifetime. I did rent unit but, absolutely no help or assistance. Never again !

Kwanjai HThe driver side wheel/tire strap was cut off and shortened by previous customers so it was not long enough to strap drivers side of vehicle to car hauler. The passenger side worked great and latched but the drivers side strap was cut off by 6 inches. Not to mention they said we would have a trailer in 3 days at one of the 5 local locations but called last minute and said we had to travel 120 miles to go get the car haul trailer. Then they had the nerve to ask them to do them a favor and return it to another customers storage unit instead of a u haul location. I absolutely hate this company. They should at least give small credits and own up to their inept safety inspections that should not have passed inspection with the trailers strap being cut off short. Never would I recommend. Very inept, irresponsible and no care for safety.
RYAN Mcharged us a late drop off at 12pm, when we had till 1pm. Overtly rude representatives of U-Haul. Would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone.

GRANT JI wanted to pickup the trailer @ 8am Saturday and the gentleman said nobody actually shows @ 8am and said come @ 8:30am...When I arrived @ 8:15 am, a customer was driving off in a rental truck so people do show up @ 8am...Just fyi.
