The left me the key to the wrong truck. To get to my destination without the right truck, yet they ask AL the question to release the dame lo k to get the key only to find out that the truck I had was wrong , and I had to redo the paper work again to correct the truck. They were very terrible to me they stolen my money from my account after a week of their service of their truck 194 dollars. When I ask why they said it was going to be reimbursed I should get a call back the next day but never turned my money or a called me back. There was no explanation on the matter. I even called them to resolved the matter there was never answer back. I would never recommend this UHAUL to anybody. They put me on hold any never call me backMichael S.

The computer was down and wasted 1 hr there. Cab reeked of smoke. 3 blankets were strewn in the back of truck..somewhere in the process, 2 days of insurance was added when I specifically said no two times. Phone conversations to 800uhaul proved unhelpful until I had to post it on Facebook. Substandard customer service.Gregory M.

Jen was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. However, I was concerned that there was a cigarette hole in the passenger's seat and, rather than how things used to be done and dealt with on the spot by filling out a form, etc., I was told to contact Uhaul directly. I have to say that that, was a bit of an imposition, as given that people renting a truck have a lot going on at that time, it was just one more thing to deal with for me. Little did I know at that time, it was only the "tip of the iceberg" with other issues having nothing to do with that location, but rather a computer glitch and ridiculous over charging, which took over an hour and a half to attempt to resolve, but still has not been. I will hopefully have the opportunity to continue this in detail when prompted by this survey. So, I now see that I am not given the opportunity to deal with the charges, which are still on my credit card!!!!ROBINJ J.
