Tonzel EThe place is kinda back in nowhere so not sure I would recommend. It’s just a dirt road and lot, if it rains a lot I think it could be difficult. The lady was nice enough but honestly it was cleaner when I took it back then when I picked it up because of all the dirt.

roy wThe folks at the drop off location were not on site which led me to do the drop off online via the APP. The cell coverage at the drop off site was not good. It took me a long time to check in the drop off via the APP since the person wasn’t on site. Not a great experience.

Kent JI have to drive to 4 different locations to get the equipment I had reserved. You took 5 hours of work time away from my day and I had to work on your equipment for an hour to make it road worthy

Keylon KIt was in a very wet and muddy (red) location. We were not able to drive our personal vehicle into the driveway without being afraid of getting stuck. I had to walk through the red mud in my my new yellow shoes to get the road to the car. No one was there at the location.
Sharita BThe drive into this business was so muddy, I don’t know how we didn’t get stuck. Person picking me up got their car terribly muddy. Walked in mud all over this property. Nobody was at location, closed out the rental on phone.
IKE AA huge mud pit! Day we picked up our rental trailer it had rained. Impossible to get trailer out without putting the truck into 4 wheel drive. Lady was very nice but took us over an hour because she did not have our reservation on her phone. Will not use location again.

Cynthia GHad to wait for someone to show up. Then they use their phones to do the contract in which her phone had no service to do. She then had to call someone else to enter my information in. When I first called to get prices on renting was told that mileage was .79 a mile received my bill it was .99 when I called about it I was told that renting on Friday, Saturday and Sunday the price is .99 that would have been great to know if your asking about prices they should have included it. Also if you have a car it's a giant red clay dirt pit. The location on GPS states its right of 69 and you actually have to go down a back road to get to it.

Mary LFar off a dirt road, when clearly another UHAUL was off the main road and easily accessible. This location was not staffed. This location did not provide sufficient information as to where to best leave the trailer.
