James went over his requirements to help me obtain the rental. Someone at U-Haul decided to change my reservation. Move it to a location that closed at 4:00. I don’t get off work till 4:00. That’s why I had a reservation for 5:00. James upon hearing and understanding the problem even offered to come get me since I didn’t have transportation. Then offered to stay late trying to accommodate me.

What a wonderful place!!! And the gentleman that runs and operates this location is amazing!! From my first phone call to picking up was the best experience I have ever had with u-haul. I live a hour away from his location but if and when I am in need of another rental I will only be dealing with this location!!!!

Everything went flawlessly. I ordered online and went a little early for pick-up. The attendant was very helpful and the item I rented was ready for pickup even though I was about 45 minutes early. When I dropped off the trailer, the attendant was in the parking lot and ready to assist with drop-off.

Upon arriving to pick up the trailer we reserved, we noted a small leak in the radiator of the truck we were driving. Store manager James and his assistant brought us a jug full of water to refill the radiator reservoir. They refilled the jug once and stood by us until reservoir was filled. Kudos to James, his assistant and the U-Haul establishment.

We moved here 3 weeks ago, and rented a storage unit until we found a place. Not only was James very professional, he has been extremely helpful. We hired movers from the uhaul site and they didn’t show. One was in contact with me but kept pushing the time back. James had someone he referred us to a mover that was amazing.
James has been very helpful from dropping off the Uhaul renting us a storage space and renting another truck so we could we move to our new place. I highly recommend him and his location

I held a storage unit at this facility for over 6 years and never had an issue. Not even with rain or water damage after hurricanes or bad storms.
