Glenn MyersHave the ability to lock the trailer to the hitch! None of the trailers have that availability. At a hotel, anyone could simply unhook the trailer & take off with it. That’s ridiculous.
Mari BassOne negative issue is the vehicle dolly I rented, had no metal pin so it could be installed to prevent the middle of the dolly from moving back and forth which made it impossible to back the dolly up with the vehicle strapped on between the two tires, unless the vehicle and dolly was exactly straight, you could not back the vehicle attached to the dolly up unless it was 100% straight,

ROBERT HUFTWe appreciate the way the scheduling supervisor found this location at the last minute when it turned out that our originally scheduled pick up point discovered they had an atv transport and not the auto transport we ordered. A bit of drama but a much more convenient location.

MARVIN JOHNSONTrucks were parked too close together in tall grass/weeds. Had to squeeze in passenger side of truck and slide across cab to move truck out to do inspection. Attempted to contact the facility 2 times during working hours on normal line with no answer and no call back then 3 times during truck pick up on after hours line with no answer or call back. Equipment was covered in cosmetic damage including some that did not have the documented (+) previous damage stickers. Cab was littered with peanut shells. Box had gravel stuck behind a number of the tie down slats. Wiper blades were shot. Tried to use as they were however ended up purchasing wiper blades during our move to be be safe.

OLIVER CHAVEZThe location was about 35 miles from where I requested to obtain the vehicle. I was on a tight timeline since I had movers coming to load the truck, so the additional driving was quite an inconvenience. I requested 4 dozen furniture blankets. They only had 30, so I had to go another location to get more when we ran out. The truck had pieces of snack wrapper and crumbs on the seat and floor. Previous customer paperwork was still in the console and under the seat. The fuel was below half a tank, which was also inconvenient in a rural area.
